مدل‌یابی علی سایکوپاتولوژی خودکشی بر مبنای سلامت معنوی و استحکام من؛ مطالعه‌ای با نگاه پیشگیرانه از خودآزاری‌ها

زمینه و هدف: خودکشی یکی از موضوعات تهدیدکننده برای سلامت عموم جامعه است، و سلامت معنوی و استحکام من از جمله عواملی است که می تواند در کاهش آن موثر باشد. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدل یابی علی سایکوپاتولوژی خودکشی بر اساس سلامت معنوی و استحکام من انجام شد. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی افراد با سابقه اقدام به خودکشی ثبت شده در سامانه مرکز پایش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در نیمه اول سال 1402 بود. تعداد 210 نفر از جامعه مذکور به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه انگیزه برای اقدام به خودکشی، مقیاس سلامت معنوی و مقیاس توانمندی ایگو را تکمیل کردند. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل مسیر معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار spss 23 و amos 24 تحلیل شدند. نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد که اثر مستقیم سلامت معنوی (به صورت منفی)  بر سایکوپاتولوژی خودکشی معنادار است (p <0.05). همچنین، نتایج حاصل از بررسی نقش میانجی گری استحکام من نیز نشان داد که استحکام من نقش میانجی گری معنی داری در رابطه بین سلامت معنوی با سایکوپاتولوژی خودکشی دارد (p <0.05) نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که سلامت معنوی به طور مستقیم، و استحکام من به صورت غیرمستقیم بر سایکوپاتولوژی خودکشی افراد نمونه موثر بوده است. بنابراین، پیشنهاد می شود که مراکز بهداشت روان در بررسی سایکوپاتولوژی خودکشی افراد مستعد به خودکشی به سلامت معنوی و استحکام من آنها نیز توجه داشته باشند.     

the causal modeling of suicidal psychopathology based on spiritual health and ego strength; a study with a preventive view by self-injurious

background and aim: the suicide is one of the threatening topics for the health general of society, and spiritual health and ego strength strength are among the factors that can be effective in reducing it. therefore, this study aimed to the causal modeling of suicidal psychopathology based on spiritual health and ego strength.materials and methods: the present study was descriptive-correlation. the statistical population included all individuals with a history of suicide registered in the site of the payesh center in shiraz university of medical sciences (sums) in the first half of year 2022. among them, 210 people were selected by purposive sampling and they answered the inventory of motivations for suicide attempts (may & klonsky, 2013), spiritual wellbeing scale (paloutzian & ellison, 1982), and psychosocial inventory of ego strength (markstrom, 1997). data were analyzed using path analysis of structural equation in spss23 and amos24 softwares. results: the findings showed that direct effect spiritual health (negatively) on suicidal psychopathology is significant (p <0.05). also, the results of the mediating role of ego strength showed that ego strength have a significant mediating role between spiritual health and suicidal psychopathology (p <0.05).    conclusion: the results of this study showed that the spiritual health directly, and ego strength indirectly has been effective on the suicidal psychopathology. therefore, it is suggested that mental health clinics pay attention to their spiritual health and ego strength in review suicidal psychopathology of individuals with a history of suicide.
