رابطه تمایل به خودشکوفایی و نوجویی با نیاز به شناخت در دانشجویان پرستاری: نقش میانجی باورهای خودکارآمدی

زمینه و هدف: امروزه توانمندسازی دانشجویان بخش های بهداشت و درمان و مشارکت آنان در توسعه و شکوفایی کشور در تمامی زمینه ها از جمله در فرایند نوآوری یکی از پیش نیازهای توسعه پایدار برای هر کشوری می باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر نقش میانجی باورهای خودکارآمدی در رابطه میان خودشکوفایی و نوجویی با نیاز به شناخت در دانشجویان بود.مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و بر اساس الگوی تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اصفهان (خوراسگان) در پاییز 1402 تشکیل دادند. جهت تعیین حجم نمونه، از فرمول تاباچنیک و فیدل ( 2007 ) استفاده شد که براین اساس تعداد 300 پرسش نامه به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس میان اعضای نمونه توزیع گردید که تعداد 280 پرسش نامه قابل تحلیل آماری بود (نرخ بازگشت 93 درصد). ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسش نامه باورهای خودکارآمدی عمومی شوارتزر و جروسلم( 1979 )، پرسش نامه نیاز به شناخت کاچیوپو و پتی ( 1984 )، پرسش نامه نوجویی ونکاترمن و پرایس ( 1990 ) و پرسش نامه خودشکوفایی پرما ( 2008 ) استفاده شد. تحلیل های آماری توصیفی با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss-26 و تحلیل های آماری استنباطی مربوط به تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری amos انجام گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد باورهای خودکارآمدی در رابطه میان خودشکوفایی با نیاز به شناخت در دانشجویان پرستاری نقش میانجی گرانه ایفا می کند، درحالیکه در رابطه نوجویی با نیاز به شناخت نقش میانجی ندارد.نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به یافته های پژوهش تمایل به خودشکوفایی و خودکارآمدی نقش مهمی در نیاز به شناخت در دانشجویان پرستاری دارند؛ بنابراین، لازم است که دوره های آموزشی با هدف ارتقا خودشکوفایی و باورهای خودکارآمدی در دانشجویان پرستاری صورت پذیرد.

the relationship between desire for self-actualization and innovation seeking behavior with need for cognition in nursing students: self-efficacy beliefs mediating role

aim and background: today, empowering students and youth and their participation in the development and prosperity of the country in all fields, including in the process of innovation, is one of the prerequisites for sustainable development, which our country desperately needs, and development will occur when creative young people are trained in universities and take responsibility for development. the aim of the present study was to determine the mediating role of self-efficacy beliefs in the relationship between self-actualization and innovation with the need for recognition in students.methods and materials: this was a descriptive correlational research based on the structural equation model. the statistical population studied in this research was formed by all the nursung students of islamic azad university- isfahan(khorasgan) branch in the fall of 2024. in order to determine the sample size, according to the research plan, the formula proposed by tabachnik and fidell (21) was used, based on which 300 questionnaires were distributed among the sample members using the available sampling method, of which 280 questionnaires could be statistically analyzed (rate return 93 percent). the data collection tools included the general self-efficacy beliefs questionnaire (22), the need for recognition questionnaire (2), the cognitive and sensory innovativeness questionnaire (26) and the self-actualization questionnaire (33). descriptive statistical analyzes were performed using spss-26 statistical software and all inferential statistical analyzes were performed using amos statistical software.findings: the results showed that self-efficacy beliefs play a mediating role in the relationship between innovation and self-actualization with the need for recognition in students.conclusions: according to the findings of the research, self-actualization and innovation and self-efficacy beliefs play an important role in students' need for recognition. therefore, it is necessary to conduct training courses with the aim of improving the need for recognition.
