کارکردهای نوروپسیکولوژیک (عصب روان‌شناختی) بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی جبری نوع احتکار کننده و دارای کندی وسواس

زمینه و هدف: هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی کارکردهای نوروپسیکولوژیک (عصب روان شناختی) بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی جبری نوع احتکار کننده و دارای کندی وسواسی بود.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر بر اساس ماهیت و هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از لحاظ روش پژوهش ، مقطعی- تحلیلی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی جبری نوع جبری نوع احتکار کننده و دارای کندی وسواسی شهر ارومیه در بازه زمانی فروردین تا دی ماه 1401 بود. نمونه آماری پ‍‍ژوهش شامل 30  نفر از بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی جبری نوع احتکار کننده و دارای کندی وسواسی (15 نفر برای هر گروه از بیماران) مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمان روان پزشکی و روان شناختی شهرستان ارومیه و 15 نفر از افراد سالم بدون تشخیص اختلال وسواسی جبری بود. روش نمونه گیری به صورت دردسترس بود. شرکت کنندگان در گروه‎های مختلف از نظر سن، جنسیت، تحصیلات،‌ وضعیت تاهل، وضعیت اقتصادی،  اجتماعی و خانواده ای و دامنه هوشی همتا گردیده بودند. آزمودنی ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه بازنگری شده وسواسی اجباری، پرسشنامه وسواسی-جبری مادزلی، آزمون ویسکانسین، آزمون برو/نرو، آزمون خطرپذیری بادکنکی بارت و آزمون برج لندن مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری نشان داد که افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی جبری نوع احتکار کننده و دارای کندی وسواسی تفاوت معناداری در ارزیابی های عصب شناختی از نظر مهار پاسخ،  انعطاف پذیری شناختی، حل مسئله با گروه سالم دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: این نتایج نشان دهنده ی نقص در  مهار پاسخ،  انعطاف پذیری شناختی و حل مسئله در این بیماران می‏باشد؛ درحالی که الگوی اختلالات عصب شناختی در این دو اختلال متفاوت هست

neuropsychological functions of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder of the hoarding and obsessional slowness

aim and background: the aim of the present study was to investigate the neuropsychological functions of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder of hoarding and obsessional slowness. methods and materials:  the current research was based on the nature and purpose of applied research and in terms of the research method, it was cross-sectional analytical. the statistical population of this research included all patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder, obsessive-compulsive type, hoarding type, and obsessive-compulsive disorder in urmia city between april and december 1401. the statistical sample of the research includes 30 patients with hoarding obsessive-compulsive disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder (15 people for each group of patients) referring to psychiatric and psychological treatment centers in urmia city and 15 healthy people without diagnosis of the disorder. obsessive-compulsive disorder was in the period from april to december 1401, which was selected by the available sampling method. the participants were matched in terms of age, gender, education, marital status and intelligence range. subjects were evaluated using the revised obsessive compulsive questionnaire, maudsley obsessive-compulsive questionnaire, wisconsin test, go/no go test, barrett's balloon risk test, and tower of london test.    findings: the results of multivariate analysis of variance showed that people with hoarding obsessive compulsive disorder and obsessional slowness have significant differences in neuropsychological evaluations in terms of response inhibition, cognitive flexibility, planning and problem solving with the healthy group.conclusion: these results indicate a deficiency in response inhibition, cognitive flexibility and problem solving in these patients. while the pattern of neuropsychological disorders in these two disorders is different
