اثربخشی بسته درمانی اصالت در دنیاهای سه‌گانه مبتنی بر نظریه وجودی رولومی بر تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی زنان دارای تعارض زناشویی

زمینه و هدف: زنان دارای تعارض زناشویی از تاب‌آوری کمتری در زندگی خود برخوردار هستند، به همین دلیل پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی بسته درمانی اصالت در دنیاهای سه‌گانه مبتنی بر نظریه وجودی رولومی بر تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی زنان دارای تعارض زناشویی صورت گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر کمی و از نوع مطالعات نیمه آزمایشی و طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و دوره پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعه شامل زنان مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک‌های روان‌شناختی شهر اصفهان بودند که از بین آن‌ها 26 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین گردیدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری کانور و دیویدسون (2003) بکار برده شد. گروه آزمایش طی 14 جلسه 75 دقیقه ای بسته درمانی را دریافت کردند و در این مدت گروه گواه، هیچ‌گونه مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار spss-24 و با روش آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر و مجذور کای در سطح 0.05 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: با توجه به آزمون مجذور کای، تفاوت معناداری از لحاظ سن، تحصیلات و اشتغال بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد، همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بسته درمانی اصالت در دنیاهای سه‌گانه مبتنی بر نظریه وجود رولومی در افزایش نمره تاب‌آوری تاثیر معناداری داشته است (0.05>p). از طرفی دیگر نیز این بسته درمانی موجب افزایش معنادار نمره زیر مقیاس‌های شایستگی، اعتماد به غرایز، پذیرش و تاثیرات معنوی افراد گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه شده است (0.05>p). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حکایت از تاثیر معنادار برنامه درمانی اصالت در دنیاهای سه‌گانه مبتنی بر نظریه وجودی رولومی بر تاب‌آوری در زنان دارای تعارض زناشویی دارد، بنابراین می‌توان از این بسته درمانی برای ارتقا تاب‌آوری زنان دارای تعارض زناشویی استفاده کرد.

the effectiveness of the therapeutic package of originality in the three worlds based on rollo may existential theory on the resilience of women with marital conflict

aim and background: women with marital conflict have less resilience in their lives, for this reason, the present study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the therapeutic package of originality in the three worlds based on rollo may existential theory on the resilience of women with marital conflict.methods and materials: the current research method was quantitative and of the type of quasi-experimental studies and pre-test and post-test design with a control group and a two-month follow-up period. the statistical population of this study included women who refer to the psychological clinics of isfahan city, from which 26 were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly placed in two experimental and control groups. resilience questionnaires were used to collect information. the experimental group received the therapeutic package during 14 sessions of 75 minutes, and the control group did not receive any intervention during this period. data analysis was done with spss-24 software and with the statistical method of analysis of variance with repeated measures and chi-square test at the level of 0.05.findings: based on the chi-square test, no significant difference was observed in terms of age, education, and job between the two groups (p <0.05). on the other hand, this educational package has caused a significant increase in the score subscales of competence, acceptance, trust in instincts and spiritual influences the experimental group compared to the control group (p<0.05).conclusions: the results of the research indicate the significant effectiveness of the educational program of originality in the three worlds based on rollo may existential theory on resilience in women with marital conflict. therefore, this educational package can be used to promote the resilience of women with marital conflict.
