مقایسه اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی فرزندپروری ذهن‌آگاهانه همراه با آموزش مدیریت والدین (آموزش ترکیبی) با آموزش فرزندپروری ذهن‌آگاهانه و آموزش مدیریت والدین به تنهایی بر کاهش مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی شده و درونی‌سازی شده کودکان

زمینه و هدف: مشکلات رفتاری در دوران کودکی می‌تواند اثرات جبران‌ناپذیری را تا بزرگسالی به همراه داشته باشد. ازاین‌رو انجام پژوهش در زمینه مشکلات رفتاری کودکان حائز اهمیت است. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی فرزند پروری ذهن آگاهانه همراه با آموزش مدیریت والدین (آموزش ترکیبی) در مقایسه با آموزش فرزند پروری ذهن آگاهانه و آموزش مدیریت والدین به‌تنهایی بر کاهش مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی شده و درونی سازی شده کودکان بود.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری دوماهه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کودکان پیش‌دبستانی شهر کاشمر در سال 1399-1400 بود که از این جامعه تعداد 120 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و در چهار گروه به‌صورت تصادفی گمارده شدند. همه افراد در هر سه مرحله پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری پرسشنامه سیاهه رفتاری کودکان آخنباخ و رسکورلا (2001) را تکمیل کردند. درنهایت داده‌ها به روش‌های تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری مکرر با کمک نرم‌افزار spssv19 تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد تفاوت معنی‌داری در هر دو متغیر مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی شده و درونی سازی شده بین گروه‌ها وجود داشت (01/0>p). به این معنی که آموزش ترکیبی (برنامه فرزند پروری ذهن آگاهانه همراه با آموزش مدیریت والدین) در مقایسه با آموزش فرزند پروری ذهن آگاهانه و آموزش مدیریت والدین به‌تنهایی بر کاهش مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی شده و درونی سازی شده کودکان پیش‌دبستانی موثرتر بود (05/0>p).نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر این است که آموزش ترکیبی فرزند پروری ذهن آگاهانه و آموزش مدیریت والدین می‌تواند باعث کاهش مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی شده و درونی سازی شده کودکان پیش‌دبستانی شود و ازاین‌رو آگاهی والدین، معلمان، مشاوران، روانشناسان و سایر متخصصان از این آموزش‌ها می‌تواند در کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان پیش‌دبستانی کمک‌کننده باشد.

comparing the effectiveness of mindful parenting training plus parental management training (combined education) with mindful parenting training and parental management training alone on reducing externalized and internalized behavioral problems of children

aim and background: therefore, conducting research on children’s behavioral problems is important. therefore, the aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of mindful parenting training program plus parental management training (combined education) with mindful parenting training and parental management training alone on reducing externalized and internalized behavioral problems of children.methods and materials: the present study was a quasi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test and two-month follow-up with a control group. the statistical population included all preschool children in kashmar in 2021-2022, from which 120 people were selected by purposive sampling and randomly assigned to four groups. all completed the pre-test, post-test, and follow-up questionnaires of the achenbach and rescorla (2001) child behavior inventory. finally, the data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance using spssv19 software.findings: the results showed that there was a significant difference in both variables of externalized and internalized behavioral problems between groups (p<0.01). this means that combined education (mindful parenting program with parental management training) was more effective in reducing externalized and internalized behavioral problems of preschool children compared to mindful parenting education and parental management training alone (p<0.05).conclusions: the findings of this study indicate that the combined education of mindful parenting and parental management training can reduce the externalized and internalized behavioral problems of preschool children and therefore the awareness of parents, teachers, counselors, psychologists and other professionals about these trainings can be reduced. behavioral problems of preschool children are helpful.
