ارائه الگوی مولفه های شخصیتی و عوامل روان شناختی موثر بر تدریس معلمان در زمان شیوع کووید-19

زمینه و هدف: تحقیقات نشان داده است که نظام‌های آموزشی و تدریس معلمان می‌تواند متاثر از بحران‌های اجتماعی مانند کووید-19 باشد بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه ارائه الگوی مولفه‌های شخصیتی و عوامل روان‌شناختی موثر بر تدریس معلمان در زمان شیوع کووید-19 می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی و تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی ناحیه 2 مشهد که در سال تحصیلی 98 -97 مشغول به تدریس می‌باشند که با بررسی‌های صورت گرفته مشخص شد که 873 نفر در مقاطع ابتدایی مشغول به تدریس هستند که 329 نفر زن و 544 نفر مرد بودند. ابزار به‌کاررفته در پژوهش حاضر عبارت‌اند از پرسشنامه تدریس تحول‌آفرین، پرسشنامه عوامل اجتماعی و پرسشنامه عوامل شخصیتی هگزاکو که با رعایت اصول اخلاقی پژوهش، توسط اعضای نمونه تکمیل شد. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با بهره­گیری از معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی با بهره مندی از نرم افزار لیزرل تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های آماری نشان‌دهنده برازش مطلوب مدل و تایید معنادار مدل پژوهشگر بود (0/001≥p). نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد که توجه به مولفه‌های شخصیتی عامل مهمی در ارائه تدریس در زمان شیوع کووید-19 می‌باشد.

presenting the pattern of personality components and psychological factors affecting teachers' teaching during the outbreak of covid-19

and background: research has shown that teacher education systems can be affected by social crises such as covid-19, so the purpose of this study is to provide a model of personality components and psychological factors affecting teacher teaching during the outbreak of covid-19.methods and materials: the research method is descriptive correlation and path analysis using structural equations. the statistical population of the study is all primary school teachers in district 2 of mashhad who are teaching in the 98-97 academic year. the studies revealed that 873 people are teaching in primary schools, of which 329 were women and 544 were men. the instruments used in the present study are the transformational teaching questionnaire, the social factors questionnaire and the hexaco personality factors questionnaire, which were completed by the sample members in accordance with the ethical principles of the research. the obtained data were analyzed using structural equations with partial least squares approach using lisrel software.findings: statistical findings showed a good fit of the model and significant confirmation of the researcher model (p≥0.001).conclusions: it seems that paying attention to personality components is an important factor in providing teaching during the outbreak of covid-19.
