اثربخشی آموزش برنامه غنی‌سازی رابطه در کاهش پرخاشگری ارتباطی پنهان و افزایش راهبردهای حفظ رابطه

زمینه و هدف: آموزش به زوجین برای حل تعارضات ایجادشده در رابطه زناشویی اهمیت زیادی دارد و درمانگران با ارائه آموزش های مختلف سعی بر این داشته و دارند تا به شیوه ای عمل نمایند که زوجین به روش بهتری با هم ارتباط برقرار کنند. بر این اساس هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش برنامه غنی سازی رابطه در کاهش پرخاشگری ارتباطی پنهان و افزایش راهبردهای حفظ رابطه می‌باشد.مواد و روش‌ها: روش تحقیق نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل همراه با مرحله پیگیری 45 روزه است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زوجین متقاضی طلاق مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره پیش از طلاق معاونت پیشگیری دادگستری واقع در شهر کرج در سال 9899 بودند. تعداد 21 زوج که توانستند با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه آزمایش (هر گروه 7 زوج) و یک گروه کنترل (7 زوج) قرار گرفتند. گروه های آزمایش تحت آموزش غنی سازی ارتباط (7 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای) قرار گرفتند. از پرسشنامه های پرخاشگری ارتباطی پنهان و راهبردهای حفظ رابطه (rmsm) به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری، آزمون تعقیبی توکی و شفه و اندازه گیری مکرر چندمتغیری (تحلیل پروفایل) جهت تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 25 استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مبتنی بر غنی سازی رابطه در کاهش پرخاشگری ارتباطی در مراحل پس‌آزمون و پیگیری موثر بود (p<0.001). همچنین آموزش مبتنی بر غنی سازی ارتباط در افزایش راهبردهای حفظ رابطه در مراحل پس‌آزمون و پیگیری موثر بود (p<0.001).نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته های تحقیق می توان بیان کرد که بررسی اثربخشی آموزش برنامه غنی سازی رابطه در کاهش پرخاشگری ارتباطی پنهان و افزایش راهبردهای حفظ رابطه موثر است.

The effectiveness of relationship enrichment program training in reducing latent communication aggression and increasing relationship maintenance strategies

Aim and Background: Educating couples is very important to resolve the conflicts created in marital relationship. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of relationship enrichment program training in reducing latent communication aggression and increasing relationship maintenance strategies.Methods and Materials: The method of the study was semiexperimental with pretest, posttest, and followup with control group design. The statistical population included all couples seeking divorce who referred to the PreDivorce Counseling Center of the Deputy for Prevention of Justice located in the city of Karaj in 140099. A total of 21 couples using simple random sampling method were selected and divided into two experimental groups (each the group was divided into 7 pairs and a control group (7 pairs). The experimental groups underwent communication enrichment training (7 sessions of 90 minutes). But the control group did not receive any intervention. Hidden communication aggression questionnaires (1) and relationship retention strategies (RMSM) were used to collect information. Multivariate analysis of covariance, analysis of covariance, Tukey and Scheffe post hoc test and repeated measures of multivariate (profile analysis) were used to analyze the data. SPSS software version 25 was used to analyze the data.Findings: The results showed that relationshipbased enrichment training was effective in reducing communication aggression in the posttest and followup stages (P le;0.001). Also, training based on communication enrichment was effective in increasing relationship maintenance strategies in the posttest and followup stages (P le;0.001).Conclusions: According to the findings, it can be stated that the effectiveness of relationship enrichment program training is effective in reducing latent communication aggression and increasing relationship maintenance strategies.
