تاثیر آموزش پیش از ازدواج ‌طرحواره‌محور بر ترس از ازدواج و سبک‌‌های ‌مقابله‌ای در دختران مجرد

زمینه و هدف: امروزه، ازدواج به‌سادگی گذشته نیست و جوانان در آستانه ازدواج از یک ترس یا نگرانی در مورد ازدواج و مسائل آن رنج ‌‌می‌برند که مربوط به تحریف‌‌های شناختی، ‌طرح‌واره‌ها و سبک‌های مقابله‌ای است که افراد در برابر طرح‌واره‌ها بکار می‌گیرند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر آموزش پیش از ازدواج ‌طرحواره‌محور بر ترس از ازدواج و سبک‌‌های ‌مقابله‌ای در دختران مجرد شهر اصفهان بود.مواد و روش‌ها: طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعه‌ی نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون -پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دختران مجرد و دانشجوی شهر اصفهان بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 نفر بود که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند که به روش نمونه‌گیری ذر دسترس انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی و برابر به گروه آزمایش یا کنترل تخصیص یافتند. شرکت کننده ها در مرحله پیش از مداخله و پس از مداخله به پرسشنامه های ترس از ازدواج سمیعی، یوسفی و نشاط دوست (1393) و ذهنیت‌‌های ‌‌طرح‌واره‌ای یانگ (2008) پاسخ دادند. گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش گروهی پیش از ازدواج ‌طرحواره‌محور در 15 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای قرار گرفتند درحالی‌که گروه کنترل هیچ گونه مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و با استفاده از نسخه‌ی 23 بسته‌ی آماری برای علوم اجتماعی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج مقایسه گروه آزمایش با گروه کنترل نشان داد که کارکرد ترس از ازدواج و سبک‌های مقابله‌ای نسبت به گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری داشته است. به‌عبارت‌دیگر، آموزش پیش از ازدواج طرحواره محور بر ترس از ازدواج و سبک‌‌های ‌مقابله‌ای دختران مجرد تاثیر معناداری داشته است (05/0>p).نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طورکلی نتایج حاکی از تاثیر آموزش پیش از ازدواج طرحواره محور بر ترس از ازدواج و سبک‌‌های ‌مقابله‌ای دختران مجرد بود؛ و می توان از آن به‌عنوان یک مداخله مهم و کلیدی در حوزه پیش از ازدواج بکار گرفته شود. همچنین، نتایج این تحقیق می تواند مورداستفاده مشاوران خانواده و ازدواج قرار بگیرد.

The Effect of Schema-Based Premarital Education on Fear of Marriage and Coping Styles in Single Girls

Aim and Background: Today, marriage is not simply as past, and young people on the verge of marriage suffer from a fear or concern about marriage and its issues that related to cognitive distortions, maladaptive schemas and coping styles that individuals use against schemas. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of schemabased premarital education on fear of marriage and coping styles in single girls in Isfahan.Methods and Materials: The present study was a quasiexperimental study with a pretest and posttest design with a control group. The statistical population of this study included student and single girls in Esfahan; The study sample consisted of 30 people who were selected by available sampling method and were randomly divided into two experimental groups (15 people) and control (15 people). Subjects in two stages of pretest and posttest were Samiei, Yousefi and Neshat Doost (2014) and Young #39;s Schemas Minds (2008). The experimental group received schemabased premarital education as a group during 15 sessions of 90 minutes, while the control group did not receive any training. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance and SPSS software version 23.Findings: The results of comparison of the experimental group with the control group showed that the function of fear of marriage and coping styles was significantly different from the control group. In other hand, Schematicbased premarital education had a significant effect on fear of marriage and coping styles of single girls (p <0.05).Conclusions: In general, the results showed the effect of schemabased premarital education on fear of marriage and coping styles of single girls; and it can be used as an important and key intervention in the field of premarital. Also, the results of this research can be used by family and marriage counselors.
