فهم و شناسایی عوامل روانی اجتماعی خرده فرهنگ‌های مرتبط با مصرف مواد مخدر: یک مطالعه گراندد تئوری

زمینه و هدف: تحقیقات نشان داده است که شرایط و ویژگی های خرده فرهنگ ها می تواند یکی از دلایل ابتلا به اعتیاد و مصرف مواد مخدر باشد و بررسی عوامل روانی اجتماعی هر جامعه ای می تواند روشن کننده ویژگی های آن فرهنگ بوده و سرنخ هایی در ارتباط با مشکلات آن جامعه به ویژه اعتیاد باشد؛ بنابراین این پژوهش درصدد فهم و شناسایی عوامل روانی اجتماعی خرده فرهنگ‌های مرتبط با مصرف مواد مخدر استمواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه از نوع کیفی و از روش گراندد تئوری می‌باشد. شهر اصفهان به عنوان پایلوت تحقیق انتخاب گردید. متغیرها و مقوله‌ها از 32 مصاحبه که اعتبار آن توسط اساتید و متخصصین موضوع تائید شده، استخراج گردید. از میان 18 مقوله محوری، 5 مقوله اصلی شامل شرایط علی، شرایط زمینه‌ای، شرایط مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها شناسایی شدند.یافته‌ها: سوء مصرف مواد با »وابستگی عملیاحساسی «، »رانده‌شدگی از جامعه « و »خرده فرهنگ انحرافی « همراه است. افراد در سبک زندگی اعتیاد گونه خود دچار نوعی جدایی از اجتماع هستند. تداوم عضویت در خرده فرهنگ انحرافی به نوعی تنها سرمایه فرد معتاد محسوب می‌شود و زمینه را برای شکل‌گیری رفتارهای انحرافی و کجروی بیشتر مهیا می‌سازد. پیامدها شامل: تداوم اعتیاد، اضمحلال روانی - اجتماعی، شکل‌گیری ارزش‌های نوین منفی، خرده فرهنگ حمایت گسسته و اعتماد در برابر بی‌اعتمادی میان گروهی خواهد بود.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده به نظر می رسد که حمایت اجتماعی و عاطفی از افراد معتاد وکمک به آنان برای ترک مواد مخدر از جذب شدن آنها به خرده فرهنگهای تهاجمی و بزهکار جلوگیری می نماید. با این وجود در جهت بالا بردن اعتبار بیرونی تحقیق پیشنهاد می گردد در جوامعی دیگر، تحقیقاتی مشابه تحقیق حاضر صورت بگیرد.

Understanding and identifying psychosocial factors of subcultures related to drug use; a grounded theory study

Aim and Background: Research has shown that the conditions and characteristics of subcultures can be one of the causes of addiction and drug use, and the study of psychosocial factors in any society can clarify the characteristics of that culture and provide clues about its problems. Society is especially addicted; therefore, this study seeks to understand and identify the psychosocial factors of subcultures related to drug use.Methods and Materials: The study is qualitative and grounded in theory. The city of Isfahan was selected as a research pilot. Variables and categories were extracted from 32 interviews that were validated by professors and subject matter experts. Out of 18 pivotal categories, 5 main categories including causal conditions, contextual conditions, interventionist conditions, strategies and consequences were identified.Findings: Substance abuse is associated with practicalemotional dependence , social exclusion and deviant subculture . People in their addictive lifestyle suffer from a kind of separation from society. Continuity of membership in the deviant subculture is considered as the only capital of the addicted person and provides the ground for the formation of more deviant and deviant behaviors. Consequences will include: persistence of addiction, psychosocial decline, formation of new negative values, subculture of discrete support and trust in the face of intergroup distrust.Conclusions: According to the results, it seems that social and emotional support of addicts and helping them to quit drugs prevents them from being absorbed into aggressive and delinquent subcultures. However, in order to increase the external credibility of the research, it is suggested that similar research be conducted in other societies.
