چالش‌های کادر درمان در طول شیوع کرونا ویروس: مطالعه کیفی

زمینه و هدف: یکی از گروه های اصلی که در طی شیوع بیماری کرونا ویروس تحت فشار زیاد با منابع و امکانات ناکافی قرار داشتند کادر درمان بودند. بدین منظور پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و شناسایی چالش های پیش رو کادر درمان در کار با بیماران مبتلا به کروناویروس انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه، از روش تحقیق کیفی – توصیفی استفاده شد. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش، کلیه کادر درمان اعم از پرستاران و پزشکان بیمارستان های شهر قم که در بخش کرونا ویروس از ابتدای شیوع بیماری مشغول به فعالیت بودند را در برمی گرفت. تعداد 11 نفر از کادر درمان به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با رسیدن به اشباع نظری مورد مصاحبه ی عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. جهت تحلیل داده ها از شیوه تحلیل محتوای کیفی استفاده شد.یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش حاضر شامل 9 مضمون اصلی (تجربه آشفتگی روانی و هیجان های منفی، تجربه سختی و فشار کاری، عدم به کارگیری متخصصان سلامت روان و کمبود مهارت های روان شناختی، عدم آمادگی کافی در مقابله با بیماری، کمبود دانش تخصصی، تجربه تعارض شغلی، کاهش روابط بین فردی و ننگ کرونا ویروس، اختلاف نظر و تعارض با اعضای خانواده، تجربه ناکامی و درماندگی به علت ماهیت بیماری) و 22 خرده مضمون بود.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد کادر درمانی با چالش هایی در حوزه های هیجانات، روابط بین فردی و خانوادگی، محیط شغلی و سختی کار مواجه می باشند. بدین منظور لازم است از راهکارهایی مانند بهره گیری از متخصصین سلامت روان برای کادر درمان و خانواده هایشان، ایجاد آمادگی کافی قبل از شیوع در بعد تجهیزات، نیروی انسانی، آموزش های لازم در مورد بیماری و فرایند آن و ماهر سازی کادر درمان و ایجاد مشوق های متعدد استفاده نمود.

Health Care Workers Challenges during Coronavirus Outbreak: The Qualitative Study

Aim and Background: Health care workers were one of the main groups under massive pressure without sufficient resources and equipment during Coronavirus outbreak. So, the aim of the present study was to explore and determine the challenges of health care workers encounter during serving patients who suffered coronavirus.Methods and Materials: In this study, Qualitativedescriptive method was used. The statistical population of the study included all health care workers including physicians and nurses who worked in coronavirus parts of the hospitals of Qom city from the beginning of disease outbreak. eleven Health care workers by purposeful sampling were selected and using saturation criteria went through semi structured in depth interviews. Qualitative content analysis was used to analyze data.Findings: The findings included 9 themes(experiencing psychological distress and negative emotions, experiencing difficulty and work pressure, lack of using mental health experts and sufficient psychological skills, not being prepared to encounter disease, lack of sufficient knowledge, occupational conflict experience, and decrease of interpersonal relationship and Coronavirus stigma, disagreement and tension with family members, experiencing frustration and helplessness due to the nature of the disease) and 22 subthemes.Conclusions: The results of this study indicated that health care workers had challenges with areas of emotions, interpersonal and family relationships, and working environments and job difficulties. For this purpose, it is necessary to use strategies such as using mental health professionals for health care workers and their families, creating adequate preparation before the outbreak in terms of equipment, personnel, necessary training about the disease and its process, skill training health care workers and making various incentives.
