نقش میانجی تنظیم شناختی هیجان در رابطه بین بدرفتاری های دوره کودکی و کژکاری جنسی زنان

زمینه و هدف: کژکاری جنسی یکی از اختلال های شایع در بین زنان است و معمولاً با ناراحتی چشمگیر بالینی در توانایی پاسخ دهی جنسی فرد یا تجربه لذت جنسی همراه است. ازاین رو هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی تنظیم شناختی هیجان در رابطه بین بدرفتاری های دوره کودکی و کژکاری جنسی زنان بود.مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه دانشجویان زن متاهل دانشگاه های شهرستان شاهرود بود. چهارصد دانشجوی زن متاهل شهر شاهرود به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان به شاخص عملکرد جنسی زنان، پرسشنامه راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و مقیاس خود گزارشی کودک آزاری پاسخ دادند. داده های پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از نرم افزارهای spss وlisrel و به کمک روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد.یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که بین راهبردهای منفی تنظیم شناختی هیجان، بدرفتاری های دوره کودکی و کژکاری جنسی زنان رابطه وجود دارد (p<0.05). بعلاوه، راهبردهای منفی تنظیم شناختی هیجان میانجی رابطه بین بدرفتاری های دوره کودکی و کژکاری جنسی زنان هستند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر از این فرض حمایت می کند که راهبردهای منفی تنظیم شناختی هیجان میانجی رابطه بین بدرفتاری های دوره کودکی و کژکاری جنسی زنان هستند.

The Mediating Role of Cognitive Emotion Regulation in Relationship between Child Maltreatment and Female Sexual Dysfunction

Aim and Background: Sexual dysfunction is one of the most common disorders among women and is usually associated with by a clinically significant disturbance in a personchr('39')s ability to respond sexually or to experience sexual pleasure. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation in the relationship between childhood maltreatment and female sexual dysfunction.Methods and Materials: The research was descriptivecorrelational. Its statistical population included all married female students of Shahroud universities. Four hundred married female students in Shahroud universities were selected by multistage cluster sampling. Participants responded to the female sexual function index (FSFI), cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (CERQ), and the self‑report measures of child abuse (CASRS). The present research data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software and structural equation modeling method.Findings: The results of this study showed that there are a significant relation between childhood maltreatment, sexual dysfunction and cognitive emotion regulation. Also, cognitive emotion regulation mediated the relationship childhood maltreatment and female sexual dysfunction.Conclusion: The results of the present study support the hypothesis that negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies mediate the relationship between childhood maltreatment and female sexual dysfunction.
