غنی سازی روابط زوجین به شیوه اولسون بر صمیمیت زناشویی زوجین

زمینه و هدف: صمیمیت یک مشخصه کلیدی و مهم روابط زناشویی و از ویژگی های بارز یک ازدواج موفق بشمار می آید. نبود یا کمبود آن یک شاخص آشفتگی در رابطه زناشویی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی غنی سازی روابط زوجین به شیوه اولسون بر افزایش صمیمیت زناشویی زوجین بود.مواد و روش ها: روش پژوهش حاضر به شیوه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری 45 روزه انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش نیز شامل 30 زوج شهر فارسان و حومه، در سال 1397 بودند. نمونه پژوهش نیز شامل 20 زوج بودند که از میان زوجین شهر فارسان و حومه ی آن به شیوه داوطلبانه بر اساس فراخوان دوره های آموزشی مشاوره ای غنی سازی روابط زوجی انتخاب شدند. گروه آزمایش آموزش غنی سازی روابط زوجین به شیوه اولسون را در 7 جلسه دریافت کردند. گروه کنترل نیز در فهرست انتظار قرار داشتند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه صمیمیت زناشویی باگاروزی استفاده شد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مختلط استفاده شد.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد آموزش غنی سازی روابط زوجین به شیوه اولسون در افزایش صمیمیت زناشویی زوجین شهر فارسان اثربخش بوده است (p<0.001). همچنین این اثر در مرحله پیگیری پس از 45 روز نیز پایدار بود (p<0.001).نتیجه گیری: آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی در رویکرد غنی سازی روابط زوجین به شیوه اولسون توانسته است بر ارتقای صمیمیت زناشویی زوجین شهر فارسان اثربخش باشد. ملاحظات نظری و کاربردی در بخش نتیجه گیری مطرح شده است.

The Effectiveness of Olson Couples Enrichment on Couples' Marital Intimacy

Aim and Background: Intimacy is a key and important property of a marital relationship and a distinguished attribute of a successful marriage. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of the couple relationship enrichment by Olson’s method on the increase in the marital intimacy of couples.Methods and Materials: The present study was methodologically quasiexperimental with pretestposttest design with a 45day followup. The statistical population was 30 couples from Farsan city and its suburb in 2018. The sample of the present study comprised 20 couples voluntarily selected from the couples in Farsan city and its suburb according to a call on educationalcounseling courses. The experimental group received the couple relationship enrichment training by Olson’s method for 7 sessions. The control group was also in the waiting list. To collect data, we employed Bagharouzi’s Marital Intimacy Questionnaire. To analyze the data, we used a mixedANOVA test.Findings: The results revealed that the couple relationship enrichment by Olson’s method was effective in increasing the marital intimacy of couples in Farsan city (p<0.001). Furthermore, this effect was also stable in the followup phase after 45 days (p<0.001).Conclusions: Training communicational skills in the couple relationship enrichment approach by Olson’s method could be effective in enhancing the marital intimacy of couples in Farsan city. Theoretical and applied considerations have been posed in the conclusion part.
