دانش، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران و پرسنل اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل از آخرین دستورالعمل (2020) احیای قلبی‌ریوی

زمینه و هدف ایست قلبی ناگهانی یکی از علل اصلی مرگ‌ومیر و یک مشکل مهم مراقبت‌های بهداشتی است و کسب و به‌روز ماندن با آخرین دستورالعمل‌های احیای قلبی‌ریوی از مهم‌ترین معیارهای شایستگی است. باتوجه‌به اهمیت این موضوع، پژوهش حاضر باهدف دانش، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران و پرسنل اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل از آخرین دستورالعمل (2020) احیای قلبی‌ریوی انجام شده است.روش بررسی در این مطالعه توصیفی، تعداد 360 نفر از پرستاران و پرسنل فوریت‌های پزشکی به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی وارد مطالعه شدند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ای که شامل مشخصات جمعیت‌شناختی شرکت‌کنندگان و سوالات مربوط به حیطه دانش، نگرش و عملکرد بود انجام شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 26 و آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی، ‌ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آنووا و آزمون تی تست مستقل استفاده شد.یافته‌ها در پژوهش حاضر 176 نفر زن (48/9) و 184 نفر مرد (51/1) شرکت کردند. میانگین کل سطح دانش 4/07±15/42، سطح نگرش 8/73±45/75 و سطح عملکرد 16/65±95/18 به دست آمد؛ اختلاف معنی‌داری بین میانگین حیطه‌های دانش، نگرش و عملکرد براساس جنسیت مشاهده شد که میانگین در گروه آقایان بیشتر از خانم‌ها بود (0/05

knowledge, attitude, and practice of nurses and emergency medical technicians in ardabil, iran, regarding the latest cardiopulmonary resuscitation guidelines

background & aims sudden cardiac arrest is one of the main causes of death and an important health care problem. it is important for nurses to acquire the cardio pulmonary resuscitation (cpr) skills and know the latest changes in the cpr guidelines. the present study aims to investigate the knowledge, attitude, and practice of nurses and emergency medical technicians (emts) in ardabil, iran, regarding the 2020 cpr guidelines.materials & methods in this descriptive study, 360 nurses and emts working in hospitals affiliated to the ardabil university of medical sciences in 2022 were included by stratified random sampling method. data collection was done using a questionnaire that surveyed the demographic characteristics and measured the knowledge, attitude, and practice of participants. the data were analyzed in spss software, version 26 using descriptive statistics, pearson’s correlation test, anova, and t-test.results participants included 176 females (48.9%) and 184 males (51.1%). in overall, the mean scores of knowledge, attitude, and practice were 15.42±4.07 (out of 25), 45.75±8.73 (out of 56), and 95.18± 16.65 (out of 120), respectively. a significant difference was observed in the scores of knowledge, attitude, and performance based on gender, where males had higher scores than females (p<0.05).conclusion the knowledge of nurses and emts in ardabil regarding the latest cpr guidelines is not enough, which requires special attention and providing continuous training and education to them. the knowledge of males was higher than that of females, which requires special attention to the education of female nurses and emts in ardabil.
