شایستگی پرستاران اورژانس در زمینه ایمنی بیمار در مراکز آموزشی _ درمانی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی ایران، 1398

زمینه و هدف: ایمنی بیمار یکی از مولفه‌های اصلی کیفیت خدمات در نظام سلامت است. ارزیابی شایستگی پرستاران نه تنها برای کسب اطمینان از ایمنی مراقبت‌ها مهم است، بلکه در شناسایی حیطه‌های نیازمند ارتقاء و تعیین نیازهای آموزشی پرستاران نیز از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. بر این اساس، هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین شایستگی پرستاران اورژانس در زمینه ایمنی بیمار در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی ایران در سال 1398 بود.مواد و روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مقطعی از نوع توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری شامل 183 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش اورژانس مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی ایران بود. تعداد 199 پرستار در بخش‌های اورژانس این بیمارستان‌ها مشغول به فعالیت بودند که تمام آن‌ها به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. درنهایت، تعداد 183 پرستار برای شرکت در مطالعه رضایت کتبی خود را تحویل دادند. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسش‌نامه ترجمه شده خود ارزشیابی شایستگی در ایمنی بیمار (pscse) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها ازآزمون t مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه، ضریب همبستگی پیرسن و نیز آنالیز رگرسیون خطی چندگانه توسط نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 16 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره شایستگی ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران 17/83 ±139/35 بود. میانگین نمرات دانش3/35 ±18/04، نگرش 6/20 ±51/33 و مهارت 11/08 ±69/96 بود. دانش پرستاران اورژانس در سطح نسبتاً بالا و مهارت، نگرش و به‌طور کلی شایستگی ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران شاغل در اورژانس در سطح نسبتاً مطلوب بود.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر شایستگی ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران شاغل در اورژانس نسبتاً بالا و مطلوب بود. با توجه به اهمیت ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان و نقش پرستاران در مراقبت ایمن و با کیفیت از بیماران به‌ویژه در اورژانس، پیشنهاد می شود به‌صورت دوره‌ای شایستگی پرستاران در زمینه ایمنی بیمار سنجیده شود. متناسب با نتایج ارزیابی و تعیین نیازهای آموزشی، اقداماتی مناسب توسط مسئولین و مدیران پرستاری بیمارستان برای توسعه حرفه‌ای پرستاران انجام شود.

Patient Safety Competency in Emergency Nurses in Educational-Medical Centers of Iran University of Medical Sciences, 2020

Background Aims: Patient safety is one of the main components of service quality in the health system. Assessing the competence of nurses is crucial to ensure the safety of care, identify areas in need of promotion, and determine the educational needs of nurses. Accordingly, this study aimed to assess the competence of emergency nurses in the field of patient safety in educationalmedical centers of Iran University of Medical Sciences in 1398.Materials Methods: This study was a descriptive crosssectional study. The statistical population included 183 nurses working in the emergency department of educational and medical centers of Iran University of Medical Sciences in 1398. There were 199 nurses working in the emergency departments of these hospitals, all of whom were enrolled in the study by census method. Finally, 183 nurses expressed their written consent to participate in the study. A demographic questionnaire and translated Patient Safety Competency Selfevaluation (PSCSE) Questionnaire were used to collect data. Independent ttest, oneway analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS software v. 16 were used to analyze the data.Results: The results showed that the mean and standard deviation of the patient rsquo;s safety competency score in nurses was 139.35 17 17.83. Mean knowledge scores were 18.04 35 3.35, the attitude was 51.33 6 6.20, and skill was 69.96 11 11.08. Emergency nurses rsquo; knowledge was relatively high, and the skills, attitude, and general safety competence of patients in emergency nurses were relatively good.Conclusion: Based on the present study rsquo;s findings, emergency nurses rsquo; patient safety competence was relatively high and desirable. Considering the importance of patient safety in the hospital and the role of nurses in safe and quality care of patients, especially in the emergency room, it is recommended that nurses rsquo; competence in patient safety be assessed periodically, and following the evaluation and training needs results. The hospital nursing officials and managers should take appropriate measures to develop the nurses rsquo; profession.
