مرور جامع یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مساله در آموزش پرستاری ایران

زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی و به کارگیری رویکردهای نوین آموزشی به منظور غنی سازی برنامه های آموزشی ضروری به نظر می رسد. یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مساله یکی از رویکردهای نوین آموزشی است که مبتنی بر اصول استفاده از مشکلات به عنوان نقطه ی شروع کسب و ترکیب دانش جدید می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مرور جامع تحقیقات انجام شده در زمینه یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مساله در آموزش پرستاری در ایران صورت گرفته است.روش بررسی: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مروری جامع است که در آن تمامی مقالات منتشر شده به زبان فارسی در ارتباط با یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مساله در رشته پرستاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مطالعه حاضر با جستجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتیiran medex, magiran, google scholar, iranian research institute for information science, scientific information database با کلید واژه های یادگیری، تدریس، آموزش، حل مسئله، pbl، مشکل مدار و پرستاری از فروردین 1380 تا دی ماه 1397 صورت گرفته است.یافته ها: در مجموع 115 مورد مقاله با این کلیدواژه ها یافت شد که بعد از بررسی دقیق، 31 مقاله با توجه به هدف پژوهش که به زبان فارسی در مجلات علمی - پژوهشی داخلی چاپ و امکان دسترسی به متن کامل مقاله مهیا بود، انتخاب گردید. مقالات مورد بررسی متمرکز بر پنج محور اصلی بودند: 1 تاثیر آموزش حل مساله بر توانایی های دانشجویان پرستاری کشور، 2 دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری در رابطه با یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسئله، 3 عوامل موثر بر یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسئله، 4 مقایسه آموزش به شیوه حل مساله با سایر روش های آموزشی و 5 تبیین تجارب دانشجویان پرستاری از یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسئله.نتیجه گیری کلی: بر اساس بررسی های انجام شده در پژوهش حاضر، مطالعات متعددی حاکی از تاثیرگذار بودن روش یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مساله در آموزش پرستاری و توانمند سازی دانشجویان بوده و خواستار پذیرش گسترده و استفاده همه جانبه آن در آموزش دانشجویان پرستاری می باشند. مطالعات اندکی نیز در تناقض با تاثیر مثبت این رویکرد آموزشی قرار داشتند. بیشتر مطالعات، بیانگر رضایت دانشجویان از استفاده از این روش در کلاس های درسی بوده است.

A Comprehensive Review of Problem-based Learning in the Iranian Nursing Education

Background Aims: Assessment and application of new educational approaches are essential to the enrichment of educational programs. Problembased learning (PBL) is a novel educational approach, which is based on the principle of using problems as the starting point for the acquisition and combination of new knowledge. The present study aimed to systematically review the studies on PBL in nursing education in Iran.Materials Methods: In this comprehensive review, all the articles published in Persian focusing on PBL in nursing were evaluated. The articles were retrieved by searching in databases such as Iran Medex, Magiran, Google Scholar, Iran Research Institute for Information Science (Irandoc), and Scientific Information Database (SID) using various keywords, including learning, teaching, problemsolving, PBL, problemoriented, and nursing for the articles published during April 20012018.Results: In total, 45 articles were retrieved using the mentioned keywords. After a thorough review, 31 articles were selected based on the research objectives, which were published in Persian in national journals, and their full texts were accessible. The selected articles had five main themes, including the effects of problemsolving training on the ability of nursing students in the country, perceptions of nursing students toward PBL, influential factors in PBL, comparison of education based on PBL with other educational methods, and experiences of nursing students with PBL.Conclusion: According to the results, several studies have confirmed the efficacy of PBL in nursing education and the empowerment of students, urging the extensive adoption and comprehensive incorporation of this approach into nursing education. Although few studies contradicted the positive impact of this educational approach, most of the studies in this regard indicated the satisfaction of nursing students with the use of PBL in their courses.
