آگاهی و نگرش مادران نسبت به تربیت جنسی کودکان پیش دبستانی

زمینه و هدف: ﺗﺮﺑیت ﺟﻨﺴﯽ یکی از دﺷﻮارﺗﺮین و ﺣﺴﺎس ﺗﺮین اﻧﻮاع ﺗﺮبیت در خانوادهﻫﺎ می باشد. در این میان میزان آگاهی و نوع نگرش والدین به ویژه مادر بیشترین ﻧﻘﺶ را در تربیت رفتارهای جنسی سالم کودک در سال های پیش از مدرسه دارد. مطالعه حاضر به منظور تعیین آگاهی و نگرش مادران نسبت به تربیت جنسی کودکان پیش دبستانی انجام گرفته است.روش بررسی: در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ 200 مادر دارای کودک پیش دبستانی از مراکز سلامت جامعه تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران از طریق نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته روا و پایا به صورت خودایفا جمع آوری و سپس با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss نسخه 23 و جداول فراوانی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین آگاهی مادران 4/04 28/56± (دامنه نمرات: 40-0) و میانگین نگرش آنان 7/45 ± 49/85 (دامنه نمرات: 75- 15) بود که نشان دهنده میزان آگاهی و نگرش متوسط مادران نسبت به تربیت جنسی کودک پیش دبستانی بود. بین نگرش مادران با سطح تحصیلات ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت ((p<0.001).نتیجه گیری کلی: با توجه به آگاهی و نگرش متوسط مادران نسبت به تربیت جنسی کودکان پیش از دبستان، تدوین محتوای آموزشی مناسب و راهکارهایی جهت افزایش آگاهی و نگرش مادران ضروری به نظر می رسد.

Knowledge and Attitude of Mothers toward Preschool Sexual Education

AbstractBackground Aims: Sex education is one of the most difficult and most sensitive types of education. Meanwhile, parents' knowledge and attitudes, especially mothers, has the most important role in the education of healthy sexual behavior to children in preschool. For this purpose, this study was conducted to evaluate knowledge and attitude of mothers towards preschool sex education.Materials Methods: In this descriptive study, 200 mothers of preschoolers were selected from health centers under the affiliation of Iran University of Medical Sciences, using multistage random sampling. Data were collected by valid and reliable selfadministered questionnaires through selfreport. Then data were analyzed, using SPSS software (v.23) and frequency tables.Results: The results of this study showed that the mean score of mothers' knowledge was 28.56 ±4.04 (Range: 040) and the mean score of attitude was 49.85 ±7.45 (Range: 1575) that represents the average knowledge and attitude of mothers. There was a significant relationship between attitudes and educational level (P > 0.001).Conclusion: Given the mothers' average knowledge and attitude towards preschool sex education, it seems necessary to develop appropriate educational contents and strategies to increase mothers' knowledge and attitude.
