گزارش کوتاه تاثیر آموزش اعتباربخشی خدمات بالینی پرستاری بر آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران

زمینه و هدف: سیستم اعتباربخشی در پرستاری یک سیستم ارزیابی است که به توانمندی پرستاران اعتبار می بخشد. با توجه به این که پرستاران توانایی منحصر به فردی برای اجرا و نظارت بر فرآیند اعتباربخشی دارند بنابراین فرآیندهای اعتباربخشی به وسیله عملکرد پرستاران تحت تاثیر قرار می گیرد. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تاثیر آموزش اعتباربخشی خدمات بالینی پرستاری بر نگرش و آگاهی پرستاران طراحی شده است.روش بررسی: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی روی 30 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان علوی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل انجام شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اعتباربخشی خدمات بالینی پرستاری استفاده شد. در ابتدا نمونه ها از نظر میزان آگاهی و نگرش در مورد اعتباربخشی خدمات بالینی پرستاری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. سپس یک دوره آموزشی در مورد معیارها، ممیزی ها، چک لیستها و شاخص های اعتباربخشی خدمات بالینی پرستاری به آن ها آموزش داده شد و دو ماه بعد مجدداً آگاهی و نگرش آن ها ارزیابی شد. داده ها با نرم افزار spss نسخه 19 و آزمون های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته ها: میانگین نمره آگاهی پرستاران از اعتباربخشی خدمات بالینی پرستاری قبل از مداخله 16/80±121/23 بود که پس از مداخله آموزشی به 14/33±141/53 افزایش یافت (p=0/001). مداخله آموزشی منجر به افزایش نمره تمامی ابعاد آگاهی به جز تجهیزات و امکانات شده بود (p=0/153). همچنین مداخله آموزشی بر روی نگرش پرستاران نسبت به اعتباربخشی خدمات بالینی پرستاری تاثیر معنی دار نداشت (p=0/219).نتیجه گیری کلی: آموزش منجر به افزایش آگاهی در مورد اعتباربخشی خدمات بالینی پرستاری می شود. اجرای مداخلات خاص در جهت تغییر در نگرش و آگاهی پرستاران برای عملیاتی کردن اعتباربخشی خدمات بالینی پرستاری ضروری به نظر می رسد.

“Short Comunication”The Effect of Clinical Nursing Services Accreditation Training on the Knowledge and Attitude of Nurses

AbstractBackground Aim: Accreditation refers to the systematic assessment of health care centers based on certain standards. The nursing accreditation system is a system that evaluates the capabilities of nurses. Given that nurses have ability to implement and monitor the accreditation process, accreditation process is influenced by nurses rsquo; performance. The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of educating clinical nursing service accreditation on the attitude and knowledge of nurses.Material Methods: This semiexperimental study was conducted on 30 nurses working at Alavi hospital affiliated to Ardebil University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected using a researchermade questionnaire on knowledge (41 items) and attitude (18 items) towards clinical nursing service accreditation. At first, participants were evaluated regarding their level of knowledge and attitude about clinical nursing service accreditation. Then, samples participated in an educational course about the criteria, audits, checklists and the indicators of clinical nursing service accreditation. Two months later, their level of knowledge and attitude were reevaluated. Data were analyzed by SPSS19 using descriptive and inferential statistics.Results: The mean score of nurses rsquo; knowledge about clinical nursing service accreditation before the intervention was 121.23±16.80 that increased to 141.53±14.33 after the intervention (P= 0.001). The educational intervention led to increase the scores in all the aspects of knowledge except for equipment and facilities (P=0.153). However, the educational intervention had no significant effect on the attitude of nurses towards clinical nursing service accreditation (P=0.219).Conclusion: Education would increase the knowledge about clinical nursing service accreditation. Performing specific interventions for changing nurses rsquo; attitude to operate clinical nursing service accreditation seems necessary.
