پیش بینی نگرش به رابطه فرازناشویی براساس رضایت و عملکرد جنسی در افراد مبتلا به نقص توجه/بیش فعالی

مقدمه: روابط فرازناشویی زندگی خانوادگی را با چالش مواجه می‌کند و می‌تواند سلامت روان اعضای خانواده را با مشکل روبرو کند.عوامل بسیاری می‌تواند در ایجاد روابط فرازناشویی مرتبط باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی نگرش به رابطه فرازناشویی براساس رضایت و عملکرد جنسی در افراد مبتلا به نقص توجه/بیش فعالی انجام شد.روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر  از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی افراد متاهل مراجعه کننده به مراکز خدمات مشاوره و روان شناسی شهر قزوین در سال 1402 بود که از بین آنها 216 نفر به شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس خودگزارشی نقص توجه/بیش فعالی سازمان بهداشت جهانی، پرسشنامه رابطه فرازناشویی زناشویی ینیسری و کوکدمیر، پرسشنامه رضایت جنسی لارسون و همکاران، و پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی فاراجینا استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss-25 و تحلیل رگرسیون چنده متغیره استفاده شد. تمام تحلیل‌های استنباطی در سطح معناداری 0.05 انجام شدند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که رضایت جنسی β = 0/19, t = 2/85)، و عملکرد جنسی (β = 0/15, t = 2/26) می توانند واریانس تغییرات مربوط به نگرش به روابط فرازناشویی را پیش بینی کنند. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده پیشنهاد می شود در مشاوره های پیش از ازدواج این آگاهی به زوج ها داده شود تا آنها بتوانند با مشاور ازدواج و متخصص درمان مسائل جنسی در زوج ها درباره مشکلات جنسی گفتگو کنند و در صورت نیاز مشاوره‌های تخصصی جهت درمان را دریافت نمایند تا از این طریق گرایش به رابطه فرازناشویی زناشویی، پیشگیری شود. 

predicting attitudes towards extramarital relationship based on sexual satisfaction and performance in individuals with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder

introduction: extramarital relationships pose a challenge to family life and can negatively affect the mental health and well-being of family members. various factors can contribute to the development of extramarital relationships. the present study aimed to predict attitudes towards extramarital relationships based on sexual satisfaction and performance in individuals with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (adhd).methods: this study was correlational in nature. the study population included all married individuals seeking counseling and psychological services in qazvin city in 2023, from which 216 individuals were selected by purposive sampling method. the world health organization adhd self-report scale, yeniceri and kokdemir extramarital relationship questionnaire, larson sexual satisfaction questionnaire, and the farajina sexual performance questionnaire were used for data collection. data analysis was performed using spss-25 software and multiple regression analysis. all inferential analyses were conducted at a significance level of 0/05.rusults: the results indicated that sexual satisfaction (β = 0/19, t = 2/85) and sexual performance (β = 0/15, t = 2/26) could predict the variance of changes related to attitudes towards extramarital relationships.conclusion: based on the obtained results, it is recommended to provide couples with this awareness during premarital counseling so that they can discuss sexual issues with marriage counselors and specialists and receive specialized counseling if needed to prevent the tendency towards extramarital relationships.
