کشف و شناسایی تجربه زیسته فرد مبتلاء و خانواده اش در مواجهه حاد با یکی از انواع بیماری های قلبی: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناسی

مقدمه: پذیرفتن این موضوع که عضوی از خانواده مبتلا به بیماری قلبی است و استرس زندگی با بیمار قلبی می تواند در خانواده چنان موثر باشد که ماهیت آن را متحول کند. در این زمینه، پژوهش حاضر با هدف کشف و شناسایی تجربه زیسته فرد مبتلاء و خانواده اش در مواجهه حاد با یکی از انواع بیماری های قلبی انجام شد.روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش کیفی بود که به روش تحلیل پدیدارشناسانه در سال 1399 در شهر تهران انجام گرفت. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته با 6 بیمار بستری در بخش مراقبت های ویژه بیمارستان بقیه الله و 4 نفر از همراهان بیماران تا مرحله اشباع داده ها استفاده گردید. تحلیل داده ها نیز با استفاده از نرم افزار 20 maxqda  انجام شد.یافته ها: بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش، 19 مضمون فرعی و 7 مضمون اصلیِ تجربه اولیه مشکل (بدکارکردی) قلبی و عروقی، تجربه حالات درونی مرتبط با بیماری قلبی و عروقی، تجربه اولیه خانواده مرتبط با بیماری قلبی و عروقی، فضای حاکم بر زندگی مشارکت کنندگان پیش از تجربه بیماری قلبی و عروقی، آخرین برش های زندگی قبل از تجربه بیماری قلبی و عروقی، تحول های ادراک شده پس از تجربه بیماری قلبی و عروقی و در نهایت مواجهه با تجربه بیماری قلبی و عروقی به دست آمد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج به دست آمده مشخص کرد ابتلا به بیماری های قلبی-عروقی پیامدهای روانی، اجتماعی و خانوادگی بسیار گسترده ای را برای فرد و خانواده آنها به همراه دارد. بدین منظور لازم است در کنار دارودرمانی به ابعاد روان شناختی این بیماران نیز توجه ویژه ای شود. 

discovering and identifying the lived experience of the affected person and his family in an acute encounter with one of the types of heart diseases: a phenomenological study

introduction: accepting the fact that a member of the family has heart disease and the stress of living with a heart patient can be so effective in the family that it might change its nature. in this context, the present research was conducted to discover and identify the patient’s and his family’s lived experience with acute exposure to one type of heart disease.methods: the present study was a qualitative research conducted through phenomenological analysis method in 2019 in tehran. to collect data, semi-structured interviews were conducted regarding 6 patients hospitalized in the special care department of baqiyatullah hospital and 4 people accompanying the patients until the data saturation was reached. data analysis was done using maxqda 20 software.results: based on the findings of this research, 19 sub-themes and 7 main themes were obtained regarding the initial experiences of cardiovascular problems (malfunction)and internal states related to cardiovascular disease, the initial experience of the family related to cardiovascular disease, the atmosphere of participants’ life before experiencing cardiovascular disease, life experiences before experiencing cardiovascular disease, perceived changes after experiencing cardiovascular disease, and finally, facing the experience of cardiovascular disease.conclusion: the obtained results showed that suffering from cardiovascular diseases has wide psychological, social, and family consequences for the individual and their family. for this purpose, it is necessary to pay special attention to psychological aspects of these patients in addition to drug therapy.
