بررسی ارتباط بین سلامت عمومی و افسردگی در سالمندان ساکن مناطق شهری و روستایی شهرستان زنجان در سال 1399

مقدمه: مشکلات و مسائل متعدد فیزیولوژیک ممکن است سلامت عمومی سالمندان را تهدید کند. از سوی دیگر شیوع اﺧﺘﻼﻻت رواﻧﯽ و افسردگی در ﺳﺎﻟﻤﻨﺪی افزایش می یابد.این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین سلامت عمومی و افسردگی در سالمندان انجام شد.روش بررسی: بررسی حاضر مطالعه ای مقطعی از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی بودکه بر روی 420 نفر از سالمندان ساکن در مناطق شهری و روستایی شهرستان زنجان در سال 1399 صورت پذیرفت. انتخاب نمونه آماری با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی – خوشه ای انجام شد. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ و هیلر و پرسشنامه افسردگی در سالمندان  بود.از نرم افزار spssv25 و درسطح معناداری 0.05 برای تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج استفاده گردید.یافته ها: نتایج  مطالعه حاضر رابطه مستقیم و معنی داری بین وضعیت تاهل و افسردگی در سالمندان نشان داد(0.017=p)؛ مولفه اختلال در کارکرد اجتماعی ارتباط منفی و معنی دار و سایر مولفه های سلامت عمومی( علایم جسمانی ،علایم اضطراب و بی خوابی و علایم افسردگی و گرایش به خود کشی)  رابطه مثبت ومعنادار آماری  رابا افسردگی درسالمندان نشان داد (0.001 ≥ p).نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد، بهبود روابط اجتماعی سالمندان و ایجاد اشتغال مناسب با سن آن ها، مثل فعالیت های حرکتی در قالب کار تیمی و گروهی جهت جلوگیری از ناامیدی و افسردگی و همچنین حفظ استقلال آن هاتاثیر گذار باشد.

investigating the relationship between general health and depression in the elderly living in urban and rural areas of zanjan city in 2019   abstractintroduction: many physiological problems and issues may threaten the general health of the elderly. on the other hand, the rate of mental disorders and depression are increases in the elderly. this study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between general health and depression in the elderly.methods: this was a descriptive-correlational and cross-sectional study conducted on 420 elderly people living in urban and rural areas of zanjan city in 2019. the statistical sample was selected by random-cluster sampling method. the research tools were demographic information, goldberg and hiller general health and depression questionnaires regarding the elderly. spssv25 software was used to analyze the results at a significance level of 0.05.results: the results showed a direct and significant relationship between marital status and depression in the elderly (p=0.017); impairment in social functioning had a negative and significant relationship, and components of general health (physical symptoms, symptoms of anxiety, insomnia, depression and suicidal tendencies) showed a positive and statistically significant relationship with depression in the elderly. (p ≥ 0.001)conclusion: improving the social relations of the elderly and creating job opportunities suitable for their age, such as teamwork and group work, are effective in preventing frustration and depression as well as maintaining their independence.conflict of interest: the authors declared no conflict of interest.
