چالش های تجربه شده ی زنان مبتلا به اچ آی وی/ایدز ازطریق روابط زناشویی: یک مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: شیوع بیماری اچ آی وی/ ایدز به طور نگران کننده‌ای در حال افزایش است. در میان تجربه مبتلایان، تجربه زنانی که از طریق روابط زناشویی،همسر، به بیماری ایدز مبتلا شده اند، می‌تواند متفاوت باشد. هدف مطالعه حاضر، توصیف چالش‌های این افراد است. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر کیفی است که در سال 1395 در شهر شیراز انجام شد. با معیار اشباع، 10 نفر از زنانی که از طریق روابط زناشویی- همسر- مبتلا به اچ آی وی/ ایدز شده بودند، وارد بحث فوکوس گروه شدند. متن جلسات ضبط و تایپ گردید و با روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها نشان دادکه مشارکت کنندگان نوعی جداگزینی اجباری از جامعه را تجربه می‌کنند. آنها به جز با خانواده خود با کس دیگری تعامل نمی‌کنند. مشارکت کنندگان از استیگمای جدی در جامعه رنج می‌برند به خصوص که این استیگما همراه با برچسب داشتن روابط جنسی نامشروع می‌باشد. از تحلیل داده ها سه درون‌مایه اصلی ظهور یافت که عبارت اند از: ترس، بی‌رغبتی زناشویی، و استیگما. نتیجه‌گیری: بررسی نگرانی و چالش‌های زنانی که از طریق روابط زناشویی دچار بیماری اچ آی وی/ ایدز شده بودند، نشان داد، که این زنان با دو فشار ابتلا به اچ آی وی/ ایدز و فشارهای فردی آن از یک سو و برچسب داشتن روابط نامشروع جنسی و پیامدهای اجتماعی آن از سوی دیگر، مواجه هستند. ارتقای آگاهی جامعه نسبت به این گروه از آسیب دیدگان یک ضرورت جدی است که می تواند از طریق مدارس، صدا و سیما و سایر مسیرهای رسانه ای انجام گیرد. برگزاری کلاس های مشاوره، ایجاد حمایت های روانی و اجتماعی برای آسیب دیدگان و خانواده های آن ها پیشنهاد می شود. 

challenges experienced by hiv/aids-positive women in marital relationships; a qualitative study

introduction: the prevalence of hiv/aids is alarmingly increasing. considering the experiences of hiv/aids-positive patients, experiences of the women who took hiv/aids from their husbands –marital relationships- can be different. the purpose of this study was to describe the challenges of these women.methods: this qualitative study was conducted using focus group discussions with 10 women who took hiv/aids from their husbands. all interviews were recorded, transcribed verbatim, and analyzed by thematic analysis.results: data analysis showed that participants experienced a kind of compulsive social isolation. they could not interact with anyone except their parents. they suffered from social stigma because the disease is associated with the illicit sex label. from data analysis, three main themes of fear, marital despondency, and stigma emerged.conclusion: the concerns and challenges of women who took hiv/aids from their marital relationships revealed that these women were exposed to the social strains because of having hiv / aids and stigma of illegitimate sexual relationships. in this regard, public awareness should be raised about this disadvantaged group of the community. to hit this target, individuals should be provided with the required information through schools as well as broadcasting and social media. implementation of the counseling visits can create  psychological and social support for these traumatized group and their families.
