کشف الگوی تحکیم خانواده براساس نظریه لازاروس در زوجین شهر یزد(یک مطالعه کیفی)

مقدمه: تحکیم خانواده جامعه را به سمت آرمان های مطلوب سوق می دهد. لذا باید جوانان را ابتدا به ازدواج تشویق نمود وروش های استحکام زندگی خانوادگی را به آنها آموخت. برهمین مبنا پژوهش کیفی حاضر با هدف تدوین الگوی تحکیم خانواده براساس مدل چند وجهی لازاروس در تحکیم بنیان خانواده انجام گردید.روش بررسی: روش تحلیل داده ها به صورت تحلیل محتوای کیفی از نوع هدایت شده می باشد که از راه مصاحبه با 19نفر از خانواده درمانگران وکارشناسان خانواده استان یزد به عمل آمد. نمونه گیری از نوع هدفمند و سئوالات مصاحبه بصورت  نیمه ساختاریافته بر اساس  نظریه ی لازاروس شامل رفتار،عاطفه ،شناخت،حواس، رابطه،تصویر ذهنی، وسلامت جسمانی بوده است و مصاحبه تا مرحله اشباع اطلاعات پیش رفته تا جایی که دیگرکد جدیدی ایجاد نشده است. سپس متن مصاحبه  تایپ ومفاهیم از آنها استخراج وکد گذاری انجام شد بعد از کد گذاری نظر متخصصان  تحقیق کیفی پرسیده شد تا روایی محتوایی آن مشخص شود و بر اساس نتایج استخراج شده مدل بومی تدوین گردید. یافته ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در نهایت به شکل گیری 14 مضمون فرعی و7 مضمون اصلی شامل رفتار، عاطفه، شناخت، حواس،رابطه،تصورات ذهنی و ابعاد جسمانی انجام شد. و مضمون فرعی شامل پایبندی به خانواده، صمیمیت، ارتباط موثر، اهمیت دادن به مشاوره، گذشت، درونریزی/برونریزی ، وقت گذاری، تقویت حواس، صله رحم،مراسم خانوادگی، اعتماد به نفس، تاثیر رسانه، تنوع در تغذیه ، ورزش وگردش می باشد.                                                            نتیجه گیری:  با توجه به این که خانواده بهترین مامن وپناهگاه عاطفی،اجتماعی وروانی برای اعضای خود است. لذا در این تحقیق الگویی تدوین شده است. که برای آموزش خانواده هایی که مشکلات مختلفی دارند راه گشا است و برای درمانگران وکارشناسان خانواده که با اعضای خانواده سروکار دارند می تواند ارزشمند باشد.

exploring a family consolidation model based on the lazarus multifaceted theory among couples in yazd city(qualitative)

family consolidation leads the society towards its desirable ideals. therefore, the youth should be encouraged to marry and provided with the necessary trainings on family consolidation. the present qualitative research aimed to develop a family consolidation model based on the lazarus multifaceted model in order to consolidate the family foundation.to collect the study information, 19 family therapists and experts were selected by purposive sampling method and interviewed in yazd province, iran.  the guided qualitative content analysis was used to analyze the data.   the interview questions were semi-structured based on the lazarus theory including components such as behavior, emotion, cognition, senses, relationship, mental imagery, and physical senses. the interviews continued up to the data saturation where no new code was created. later, the recorded interviews were transcribed, typewritten, and coded. after coding, the qualitative research experts’ opinions were asked to determine the content validity of the extracted codes based on the extracted results of the native model.data analysis ultimately led to the formation of 14 sub-themes and 7 main themes (behavior, emotion, cognition, senses, relationship, mental imagery, and physical senses). the sub-themes consisted of adherence to the family, intimacy, effective communication, importance of counseling, forgiveness, introversion / extraversion, timing, sensory improvement, family visiting, family ceremony, self-confidence, media impact, diversity in nutrition, exercises, and recreation.since family is the best emotional, social, and emotional basis for its members, this research presented a model to educate family consolidation to indvudlas with different problems. this model can also be valuable for therapists and family experts dealing with family members.
