ترسیم نگاشت علمی برای تحقیقات مسئولیت اجتماعی در حوزه سلامت با استفاده از روش تحلیل خوشه ای موضوعی

مقدمه: منشور سنتی حوزه سلامت که بیشترین تاکید را بر بهره وری داشته، با منشوری جایگزین گردیده که  پایبندی به مسائل محیطی و اجتماعی را در دستور کار مدیران این حوزه قرار می دهد، بر این اساس مدیران سازمان های فعال در صنعت بهداشت و درمان برای موفقیت نه فقط باید محیط درونی توجه کنند بلکه مسایل اجتماعی و محیطی را نیز باید سرلوحه همه تصمیمات و اقدامات خود قرار دهند. یکی از ابزارهای معتبر در ارزیابی مواد و منابع اطلاعاتی و شناسایی حوزه های پژوهشی و نیز ترسیم ارتباطات میان این حوزه ها در قالب یک نقشه موضوعی، علم سنجی است .استفاده از این تکنیک جهت کسب بینشی جامع در زمینه تحقیقات مربوط به مسئولیت اجتماعی در حوزه سلامت اقدامی نوین بوده و امکان درک جامعی از مجموعه گسترده ای از مقالات و تحقیقات منتشر شده را برای محققان فراهم می سازد. هدف از مطالعه پیش رو،تحلیل و ترسیم نگاشت تولیدات علمی بین المللی در زمینه مسئولیت اجتماعی در حوزه سلامت می باشد.روش بررسی: این مطالعه که از پارادایم تفسیری پیروی می کند از نوع مطالعات توصیفی است که به روش مرور نظام مند انجام شده و با استفاده از عبارات جستجوی تعریف شده در پایگاه اطلاعاتی (web of science) در عنوان مقالات و در بازه زمانی سال های 1900 تا 2019 تحقیقات منتشر شده در حوزه مسئولیت اجتماعی در صنعت بهداشت و درمان را مورد بررسی عمیق قرار داده است. برخی از این مقالات بر اساس تطابق معیارهای ورود و خروج انتخاب و اطلاعات مورد نیاز جهت تحقق اهداف تحقیق از آنها استخراج و با استفاده از نرم افزار (vos viewer) نسخه 1/6/11 که نرم افزاری در حوزه علم سنجی است مورد کنکاش علمی قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: پس از جستجو ، غربالگری و ارزیابی کیفی مطالعات، تحلیل نهایی بر روی528 مقاله انجام وتحلیل عمیق مقالات منتخب نشان داد که بیشترین تحقیقات در زمینه مسئولیت اجتماعی در حوزه سلامت مربوط به سال 2017 میلادی است و کشورهای آمریکا، انگلستان و استرالیا به ترتیب بالاترین تعداد تحقیقات و ارتباط بین نویسندگان را از آن خود کرده اند.نتیجه گیری:  توجه به پرکارترین و کم کارترین کشورها و محققان از طریق علم سنجی می تواند فرصت ها و ضعف های تحقیقاتی در زمینه مسئولیت اجتماعی در حوزه سلامت را آشکار ساخته و افق پیش روی محققین ایرانی را جهت درخشش نتایج تحقیقات آنها در سطح بین المللی روشن نماید.

Drawing a Scientific Map for Social Responsibility Research in the Field of Health usingThematic Cluster Analysis Method

Introduction: The traditional health charter, with more emphasis on productivity, has been replaced with a charter that puts environmental and social issues on the agenda of managers in this field. In order to succeed, managers of organizations active in health industry should consider not only the internal environment, but also the social and environmental issues at the heart of all decisions and actions. Scientometrics is a valid tool for evaluating information materials and resources, identifying research areas, and drawing connections between them in a thematic map. Application of this technique to gain a comprehensive insight in the field of social responsibility research in the health area is a new endeavor that provides researchers with a comprehensive understanding about a wide range of published articles and research. The purpose of the present study was to analyze the international scientific products and map them on social responsibility in the field of health.Methods: This descriptive study followed an interpretive paradigm and was conducted through a systematic review using search terms defined in the Web of Science database. All indepth research published in the area of ​​social responsibility in the healthcare industry were investigated. Some of these articles were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria and the information needed to fulfill their research goals were scientifically explored using VOS viewer software version 1.6.11, a software in the field of Scientometrics.Results: After searching, screening, and evaluating studies qualitatively, a final analysis of five papers and an indepth analysis of the selected articles showed that the majority of research was conducted on social responsibility in the field of health in 2017. In this field, the highest number of research and communication among authors were conducted in the US, UK, and Australia, respectively.Conclusion: Focusing on the most prolific and least productive countries through Scientometrics can reveal research opportunities and weaknesses of this field. It also can illuminate the horizon for Iranian researchers to conduct novel studies.
