احساس گناه مادری : کاوشی کیفی بر اشتغال زنان در رابطه مادر- فرزندی

مقدمه: بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد 60% زنان شاغل با مشکل توازن بین کار و خانواده روبرو هستند.که بیشتر مشکلات آنها مربوط به رابطه مادرفرزندی می باشد. پژوهش حاضر به مطالعه پویایی‌های روان‌شناختی اشتغال زنان بر رابطه مادرفرزندی آن‌ها پرداخته است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین نظری اشتغال زنان در رابطه مادر فرزندی است.روش بررسی: مقاله حاضر بخشی از  یک مطالعه گراندد تئوری بود، مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش بر اساس نمونه‌گیری نظری 14 نفر از زنان متاهل شاغل در شهر  یزد بودند و مورد مصاحبه‌های عمیق و ساختارنیافته قرار گرفتند. فرآیند نمونه‌گیری تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه داشت در این پژوهش، از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی  برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده‌ شد. دراین مسیر، جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و تحلیل آن‌ها هم‌زمان پیش رفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج با بررسی دقیق متن مصاحبه‌های تحقیق، گزاره‌های اصلی، مفاهیم، مقوله‌های اصلی و درنهایت مقوله هسته، در فرایندی طولانی، دقیق، جزئی و مفهوم، ارائه شد. درنتیجه، این تحقیق شامل 30 مفهوم،13مقوله اصلی و یک مقوله هسته تحت عنوان احساس گناه مادری است.نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که اگرچه بعضی زنان شاغل در مواجهه با چالش های اشتغال در رابطه مادرفرزندی از استراتژی‌های مثبت استفاده کرده‌اند که متناسب با آن پیامد مثبتی هم چون افزایش سن فرزند و رضایت به همراه داشته است. ولی پیامدهای منفی برای مادران شاغل بیشتر بودند.چراکه آنان با دوگانگی نقش و وظایف روبرو می باشند هم چنین مادران شاغل زمانیکه درگیر وظایف شغلی خود هستند و در کنار فرزند شان حضور ندارند به این موضوع می اندیشند که عدم حضور آنها منجر به آسیب دیدن فرزند می گردد.بنابراین متناسب با این فرایند و عوامل علی،شرایط زمینه ای و مداخله گر، پدیده احساس گناه مادری  در آنان شکل می گیرد.

Mother Guilt Feeling:A qualitative research of women's employment in the mother-child relationship

Introduction: Studies show that 60% of working women are struggling with worklife balance. Which  most of the problems are related to motherchild relationship The present study aims at studying the psychological dynamics of women’s employment on their motherchild relationship. The purpose of this study is theoretical explanation of women’s employment in motherchild relationship.Methods: The present paper was part of a grounded theory study. The research participants were based on theoretical sampling of 14 married women working in Yazd city and were interviewed indepth and unstructured interviews.The sampling process continued until theoretical saturation In this study, open coding ,axial coding and selective coding were used to analyze data in so doing, data collection and analysis were done simultaneously. Results: The findings were presented through careful study of the research interview transcriptions, the main propositions, concepts, main categories, and finally, the core category in a long, precise, detailed, and conceptual process. Consequently, this study included 30 concepts, 13 main categories, and one core category, titled as mother guilt feeling . Conclusion‌: The present study showed that although some women employed in the face of the challenges of employment in the motherchild relationship have used positive strategies that have had a positive effect such as increasing child age and satisfaction. But there were more negative consequences for working mothers. Because they are faced with the duality of roles and responsibilities, working mothers also think that their absence may result in harm to their children when they are not involved with their child.Thus, in accordance with this process and the causal factors, the underlying and the confounding conditions, the phenomenon of mother guilt feeling is formed.
