چالش های سلامت و رفاه کارگران در بخش بالادستی صنعت نفت و گاز

مقدمه: ماهیت شغلی، فعالیت فیزیکی شدید، شیفت کاری، موقعیت مکانی و جغرافیایی و همچنین امکانات و تجهیزات پشتیبانی، خطرات بیشتری را برای افراد در صنعت نفت و گاز بخصوص شاغلین در فعالیت های اکتشافی و تولیدی بر روی سکوهای نفتی فراساحل دربر دارد. هدف از این مقاله تبیین موضوع سلامت و رفاه کارگران صنعت نفت و گاز با توجه به حوادث رخ داده در این صنعت است که بتوان با الگو سازی اتفاقات و رخ دادها در دیگر کشورها مدیریت ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط زیست (hse:  health safety environment) بهتر و موثرتری اعمال گردد. روش بررسی: این مقاله مروری مشکلات سلامت کارگران نفت و گاز را تحلیل کرده است. پرسش پژوهش این است که بخش بالادست صنایع نفت و گاز چه مسائل و چه چالش هایی در زمینه رفاه کارکنان دارد؟ لذا  در این راستا عوامل     مخاطره آمیز فیزیکی، شیمیایی، زیستی و ارگونومی بررسی شده و همچنین مسائل ویژه صنعت حفاری (محدودیت های کار فراساحلی، خطرات روان شناختی، استرس های ناشی از جابجایی های مکرر و کیفیت خواب)  مورد تاکید قرار گرفته اند.یافته‌ها:خطرات فیزیکی، شیمیایی و زیستی از مهمترین خطرات شناسایی شده است همچنین خطرات روان شناختی اثر بسیار جدی بر سلامت و ایمنی دارد.نتیجه گیری: ارزیابی سیستماتیک ریسک های بهداشتی، سلامت پرسنل، برنامه های آموزشی، تحلیل حوادث، شیوه اثرگذار مدیریت hse است. نگارندگان یک سامانه ملی جهت اشتراک گذاری داده های hse در صنایع نفت و گاز را پیشنهاد  می کنند. 

Health and Well-being Challenges of Workers on the Upstream Sector in the Oil and Gas Industry

Introduction: Occupational nature, strenuous physical activity, shift work, spatial and geographical location, as well as support facilities and equipment, pose greater risks to individuals in the oil and gas industry, especially those engaged in offshore oil exploration and production activities. The purpose of this article is to explain the issue of health and wellbeing of oil and gas industry workers with regard to accidents in this industry, which can be better and more effective by managing safety, health and environment (HSE) by modeling events in other countries.Methods: This review article analyzes the health problems of oil and gas workers. The research question is what issues and challenges the upstream part of the oil and gas industry has in the field of employee welfare. Physical, chemical, biological and ergonomic risk factors have been investigated. It has also pushed the specific problems of the drilling industry (restrictions on offshore work, psychological hazards, stresses from frequent relocations, and sleep quality to choose from).Results: Physical, chemical and biological hazards have been identified as the most important hazards. In addition, psychological hazards have a very serious effect on health and safety.Conclusion: Systematic assessment of health risks, personnel health, training programs, accident analysis, is an effective method of HSE management.
