مطالعه رابطه استرس شغلی وعوامل مرتبط با حوادث کاری در کارکنان سازمان آتش نشانی وخدمات ایمنی شهر یزد

مقدمه: استرس شغلی امروزه یکی از پدیده های مهم در زندگی اجتماعی و تهدیدی جدی برای سلامتی نیروی کار در جهان می باشد. استرس شغلی می تواند زمینه ساز رویدادها و حوادث شغلی و در نتیجه ایجاد صدمات و جراحات به افراد و خسارات به تجهیزات در محیط کار شود.شغل آتشنشانی جزو مشاغلی است دارای حوادث بالا می باشند و همچنین استرسی که به افراد در هنگام انجام ماموریت هایشان ایجاد می شود ، نیاز به توان جسمانی وروحی روانی بالایی دارند.از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه استرس شغلی با حوادث کاری در کارکنان سازمان آتش نشانی و خدمات ایمنی شهر یزد انجام شد.روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی است که بر روی 160 نفر نمونه صورت گرفت که از کل جامعه آماری به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب گردید و ابزار پژوهش شامل دو پرسشنامه اطلاعات فردی شغلی و پرسشنامه استرس شغلی بودند. ضریب اعتبار پرسشنامه استرس شغلی 78/0 و روایی هر دو پرسشنامه توسط چند تن از متخصصان تایید گردید. روش های آماری بکارگرفته شده در این پژوهش شامل آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون) می باشد که به وسیله نرم افزار spss12 صورت گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد استرس شغلی در کارکنان بالاتر از حد معمولی بود و همچنین رابطه معناداری بین استرس شغلی با متغیر های وضعیت فیزیکی محیط کار، حوادث و مصدومیت های کار، فشار زمان در محیط کار، مشکلات محیط کار و تصمیم گیری در کار وجود دارد و شدت همبستگی بین تمای این موارد قوی می باشد به غیر از حوادث که در حد متوسط می باشد وهمچنین استرس در تعبین میزان حوادث نقش موثر دارد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های مطالعه کارکنان در معرض استرس، بیشتر دچار ضعف شده و از روحیه پایین رنج می برند و استرس موجب بی علاقگی و خونسردی نسبت به وظایف، کاهش انرژی سازگاری کارکنان با محیط، کاهش کارایی، بروز مشکلات در امر تصمیم گیری، ایجاد اختلال در ارتباطات سازمانی و کاهش ارزش های شغلی و بهره وری سازمانی کارکنان آتش نشانی می گردد از این رو بررسی استرس شغلی بر روی آتشنشانان حائز اهمیت است.

A study of the relationship between occupational stress and work accidents in employees of fire department and safety services of Yazd city

Introduction: Job stress is one of the most important phenomena in social life and is a serious threat to the health of the workforce in the world. Job stress can cause occupational accidents and incidents resulting injuries to people and damage equipment of the workplace. Firefighting is also one of the most stressful occupations. Firefighters are among the most important specialty occupation that need to be physically and mentally fit to perform safely their missions and tasks. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between occupational stress and work accidents among the staff of fire department and safety services of Yazd city.Methods: This is a descriptive study that was performed on 9 individuals who were selected from the whole statistical population by available sampling method. The validity coefficient of job stress questionnaire was 0.78 and the validity of both questionnaires was confirmed by some experts. Statistical methods used in this study include descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis) which were performed by spss12 software.Results: he results showed that occupational stress was higher than usual and there was a significant relationship between occupational stress and variables such as physical status of workplace, work injury and injury, time pressure at work, workplace problems and decision making at work. The severity of the correlation between all of these cases is strong except for moderate to severe accidents and stress also plays an important role in predicting the rate of accidents.Conclusion: According to the findings of the study of employees exposed to stress, they are more weakened and suffering from low spirits and stress indifferent to tasks, decreasing the energy of adaptation of employees, decreasing efficiency, problems in decision making, Disrupting organizational communication and decreasing job values and organizational productivity of firefighting staff are therefore important in assessing job stress on firefighters.
