تحلیلی بر نقش رسانه در ترویج رفتارهای ناقض حق بر محیط زیست سالم از منظر جرم شناسی ادغام‌گرای انتقادی (مطالعه مدل جوامع نئولیبرالیستی)

با توجه به اهمیت تضمین حق بر محیط‌زیست سالم به‌عنوان یکی از حق‌های زیرمجموعه حقوق همبستگی، گاهی شاهد نقض این حق بشری از سوی خود دولت‌ها در جوامع نئولیبرالیستی هستیم. ارتکاب رفتارهای آسیب‌رسان زیست‌محیطی از سوی دولت‌ها و شهروندان در‌برخی از جوامع به‌خصوص جوامع نئولیبرالیستی فزونی یافته است. دولت‌ها در این دسته از جوامع در جهت تضمین منافع سرمایه‌داری، اقدام به عادی‌سازی رفتارهای آسیب‌رسان می‌نمایند و یکی از نتایج این فرآیند، نقض حق بر محیط‌زیست سالم است. یکی از حوزه‌هایی که تاثیر رسانه در فرهنگ‌سازی رفتارهای آسیب‌رسان زیست‌محیطی را مورد توجه و مطالعات خود قرار داده، جرم‌شناسی فرهنگی سبز به‌عنوان شاخه‌ای از جرم‌شناسی‌های انتقادی است که با ادغام جرم‌شناسی فرهنگی و جرم‌شناسی سبز، گام مهمی در جهت مطالعات سبز برداشته است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به این نتایج دست یافته که‌رسانه‌های در اختیار نظام سرمایه‌داری نوین از طریق تجویز فرهنگ مصرف‌گرایی و فرهنگ پیروی از مد، نقش مهمی را در ترویج این دسته از رفتارهای آسیب‌رسان از طریق اخلاق‌زدایی زیست‌محیطی ایفا می‌نمایند، بنابراین از یکسو باید فرهنگ‌سازی سبز و آموزش‌های زیست‌محیطی نسبت به شهروندان را نهادینه نمود که منجر به افزایش درک زیست‌محیطی آنان و تضمین حق بر محیط‌زیست سالم می‌گردد و از سوی دیگر با رفتارهای ناقض حقوق بشری زیست‌محیطی از سوی دولت نیز باید برخورد شود که باعث تضمین حق بر داخواهی عادلانه زیست‌محیطی می‌گردد.

The Role of Media and Culture in Violating the Right to a Healthy Environment from the Perspective of Critical Integrative Criminology (Studying the Model of Neoliberal Societies)

Concerning the importance of the guarantee of right on the safe environment as a part of the solidarity rights subdivision, sometimes we face with the violation of this right by the governments themselves in neoliberal societies. Acting damaging environmental behaviours by governments and citizens in some societies, specifically in neoliberal societies, have been increased. Governments in these societies, to guarantee the profits of capitalism, may normalise the damaging behaviours. One of the results of this process is the violating of right on the safe environment. One of the fields which consider the effects of the culturebuilding of the damaging environmental behaviours, is the green cultural criminology as one of the branches of the critical criminology. The aforementioned criminology by merging cultural and green criminology has taken important steps in green studies. This research, using a descriptiveanalysis method, has come to this conclusion that the medium which is at the disposal of the capitalism, by prescribing the consumer culture and the fashionism, have a very important role in the extension of these kinds of damaging behaviours. They play this process by environmental immorality. As a result, on the one hand, the green culture building and environmental teachings should be institutionalised on the citizens. This will lead to increase their environmental perception together with the guarantee of right on the safe environment.
