جهانی‌شدن حقوق بشر: فرهنگ صلح و روابط بین‌الملل

جهانی‌شدن با افزایش تعاملات و روابط انسانی باعث گردیده تا مفهوم صلح به معنای فقدان تهدید و جنگ، و برقراری آرامش در حیات انسانها، با آمره شدن قواعد حقوق‌بشر در جهانی‌شدن حقوق‌بشر به عنوان اولین و مهمترین هدف نظام بین‌الملل، به صورت فرهنگ صلح در قالب مطالعات صلح در روابط بین‌الملل ظهور و نمود یابد. بر این اساس، شناخت و آگاهی از میزان توانمندی تاثیرگذاری جهانی‌شدن حقوق‌بشر در شکل‌دهی به فرهنگ صلح، جهت ترسیم چشم‌انداز دستیابی به صلح در روابط بین‌الملل و پیش‌زمینه‌ای برای ارائه طرح‌ها و پیشنهادهایی برای حل و فصل، بحرانهای بر هم زننده صلح در روابط بین‌الملل، سوالی است که باید به آن پاسخ داده شود.نویسندگان معتقدند، جهانی‌شدن با مطرح‌کردن اندیشه حقوق‌بشری به عنوان هسته اصلی فرهنگ در جهانی‌شدن حقوق‌بشر باعث گردیده تا مطالعات صلح مثبت در قالب نسل‌های حقوق‌بشر و مطالعات صلح منفی در قالب اصل مداخله بشر دوستانه و اصل مسئولیت حمایت در تعاملی دو طرفه با همپوشانی یکدیگر نهادینه‌شدن فرهنگ صلح در روابط بین‌الملل فراهم سازد. روش پژوهش در این تحقیق، توصیفی-تحلیلی است.
