الگوی نظام‌مند تربیت اقتصادی در جامعه نبوی؛ به منظور سیاستگذاری تربیت نیروی انسانی

به سبب اهمیت تربیت اقتصادی و نیاز جامعه ایرانی اسلامی به آن در دنیای امروز و نیز هجمه‎های اقتصادی دشمن، هدف اصلی این پژوهش، استخراج الگویی جامع برای تربیت اقتصادی است. از طرفی به نظر می‌رسد با وجود شباهت‌های این جامعه با جامعه نبوی (ص) در ابعاد مختلف، استخراج الگوی مذکور از آن تجربه بیشتر راهگشا خواهد بود. بدین منظور در سطح کشف، گردآوری و ارزیابی اولیه از روش اسنادی، در کدگذاری و تعیین شبکه ارتباطی مفاهیم از روش تحلیل مفهوم و در مرحله ارائه الگوی نظام‌مند از روش استنتاجی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری، تمام منابع دست‌اول مربوط به پیامبر و جامعه نبوی است و نمونه آماری تحقیق فقط مباحث ناظر به تربیت اقتصادی در این منابع است. مرور و بررسی منابع نشان‌دهنده این است که تربیت اقتصادی در جامعه نبوی با 55 مفهوم پایه، 12 مفهوم سازمان‌دهنده و در پنج بعد الهی، فردی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و طبیعی قابل شناسایی است. با صورت‌بندی این مفاهیم در قالب 12 مبنا، 15 اصل و 37 روش نیز به الگویی نظام‌مند دست یافتیم. از بررسی یافته‌ها و صورت‌بندی مفاهیم حاصل، مشخص شد که استخراج الگویی نظام‌مند به عنوان «الگوی تربیت اقتصادی در جامعه نبوی» میسر است. همچنین با توجه به قابل اجرا بودن روش‌های ارائه‌شده و ابتنای آنها بر اصول و مبانی مستند و منطقی، این الگو قابل توصیه به مسئولان و کاربرد در جامعه امروز است.

the systematic pattern of economic education in prophetic society: in order to policymaking for human resources

the main purpose of this research is to extract a comprehensive model for economic education; due to the importance of economic education and the need of the iranian-islamic society for it in today’s world and the existence of enemy economic attacks. on the other hand, it seems that despite the similarities of this society with the prophet’s (pbuh) society in different dimensions, extracting the mentioned model from that experience will be more helpful. in the stage of discovery, compilation and initial evaluation, the documentary method was used, in coding and determining the communication network of concepts, the method of concept analysis was used, and in the stage of presenting a systematic model, the inferential method was used. the statistical population is all the primary sources related to the prophet and the prophetic society, and the statistical sample of the research is only the discussions about economic education in these sources. reviewing and examining the sources shows that economic education in the prophetic society can be identified with 55 basic concepts, 12 organizing concepts and 5 divine, personal, social, political and natural dimensions. we also achieved a systematic pattern by formulating these concepts as 11 bases, 14 principles and 35 methods. from the examination of the findings and formulation of the obtained concepts, it was found that it is possible to extract a systematic model as &the model of economic education in the prophetic society&. also, this model can be recommended to the authorities and applied in today’s society, due to the applicability of the presented methods and their reliance on documented and logical principles and bases.
