نسبت عقلانیت اسلامی با سرمایه اجتماعی در مقایسه با عقلانیت ابزاری

عقلانیت از مهم‌ترین صفات کنش فردی و اجتماعی انسان می‌باشد. لحاظ سطوح شناختی، ارزشی و عملی عقلانیت و تبیین اتکای آن بر مبانی هستی‌شناختی و معرفت‌شناختی، تفاوت عقلانیت اسلامی و ابزاری را آشکار می‌سازد. از سوی دیگر عقلانیت ازآنجاکه ساما‌ن‌دهنده رفتار و تعامل اجتماعی انسان‌هاست، نقش مهمی در تعیین چیستی، تحقق و کارایی سرمایه اجتماعی به عنوان یکی از عوامل مهم تحقق رشد و توسعه دارد. بررسی نسبت عقلانیت اسلامی در تعیین ماهیت، زمینه تحقق و نیز کارایی سرمایه اجتماعی در مقایسه با عقلانیت اقتصاد متعارف (عقلانیت ابزاری) حائز اهمیت بوده و در جهت برنامه‌ریزی و سیاست‌گذاری‌های نیل به رشد و توسعه کشور می‌بایست مورد توجه قرار گیرد. در این پژوهش با رویکرد میان‌رشته‌ای فلسفی اقتصادی سعی شده ضمن تبیین چیستی عقلانیت اسلامی با تکیه بر مبانی آن و احصای مولفه‌ها و ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی، نسبت عقلانیت اسلامی با سرمایه اجتماعی و مزایای آن در مقایسه با عقلانیت ابزاری بررسی گردد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد ماهیت سرمایه اجتماعی مبتنی بر عقلانیت اسلامی فراتر از صرف ارتباطات عینی و تاریخی مبتنی بر نیازهای اجتماعی بوده و ابتنای کنش فردی و جمعی بر عقلانیت اسلامی بر اساس اصول راهبردی و انسان اقتصادی برآمده از آن می‌تواند از نظر منطقی سطح اعتماد و مشارکت را ارتقا داده، با پیشگیری از جنبه‌های منفی سرمایه اجتماعی، زمینه تحقق و کارایی بیشتر آن را فراهم آورد.

The Relationship between Islamic Rationality and Social Capital Compared to Instrumental Rationality

Rationality or behavior based on reason is one of the most important attributes of individual and social human action and in this general sense, it is universal and common among human beings. Considering the cognitive, value and practical levels of rationality and explaining its reliance on ontological and epistemological foundations, reveals the difference between Islamic and instrumental rationality. On the other hand, rationality, since it organizes the behavior and social interaction of human beings, has an important role in determining the nature, realization and efficiency of social capital as one of the important factors in achieving growth and development. The study of the ratio of Islamic rationality in determining the nature, context and efficiency of social capital in comparison with the rationality of conventional economics (instrumental rationality) is important and should be considered for planning and policies to achieve the growth and development of the country. In this research, with an interdisciplinary philosophicaleconomic approach, while explaining what Islamic rationality is, relying on its principles and enumerating the components and dimensions of social capital, the relationship between Islamic rationality and social capital and its advantages compared to instrumental rationality are investigated. Findings show that the nature of social capital based on Islamic rationality is beyond mere objective and historical communication based on social needs and the basis of individual and collective action on Islamic rationality based on strategic principles and economic human beings can logically level Promote trust and participation and prevent the negative aspects of social capital, pave the way for its realization and greater efficiency
