مدل اسلامی اخلاق تولید

این مقاله بر آن است مدل اخلاقی تولید مورد نظر اسلام را در ارتباط با دیگر آموزه‌ها و از منابع اصیل اسلام یعنی قرآن کریم، سنت و عقل کشف و ارائه کند. تحقیق پیش ‌رو که به‌‌ روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام‌‌گرفته، نشان می‌دهد اصول و قواعدی چون توکل، صداقت‌پیشگی، عدالت‌‌پیشگی، لزوم صبر و بردباری، اعمال تدبیر و برنامه، ضرورت اعتدال، با معیار اصلی نیاز واقعی و مبتنی بر یک سری مبانی فکری فلسفی و اخلاقی مانند توحید برای مبنای خداشناختی، هدفمندی، نظام احسن به‌ عنوان مبانی جهان‌شناختی، اصالت و تکاملی‌بودن روح، نیازمندی، هدفمندی، آخرت‌باوری و مسئولیت‌پذیری برای مبانی انسان‌شناختی و سرانجام خود‌دوستی به ‌عنوان مبنای اخلاقی و تئوری هنجاری، به ‌صورت هماهنگ، زندگی خوب و گوارایی با ویژگی‌های عدالت اجتماعی، امنیت و رشد و پیشرفت همه‌جانبه را برای دنیای انسان فراهم می‌کنند. بر این ‌اساس انسان اخلاقی می‌تواند ضمن بهره‌مندی کامل و بهینه از منابع طبیعی و موهبت‌های الهی در مسیر تولید نیاز‌های واقعی خود و جامعه ضمن ارتقای روحی و معنوی بالا و فراهم‌ساختن یک زندگی توحیدی، از لحاظ اجتماعی نیز دستیابی به جامعۀ پیشرفته را به ارمغان آورد.

Islamic Model of Production Ethics

This paper is to explore and present the slightly ethical model of production from the Islamic approach in relation with other teachings and from principal sources of Islam i.e. Quran, tradition and wisdom.This research using descriptive methodology shows that principals and rules such as confidence, anticipation honesty, preventive justice, the need for patience, apply tactics and plans, the need for moderation, and the main criterion of the real need and based on intellectual and ethical foundations such as monotheism as a theological base, being targeted and the best system as cosmological bases, originality and evolutionary of spirit, need, being targeted, believe to hereafter, and responsibility as anthropological bases and finally selflove as ethical base and normative theory, provide a consistent and good living with the characteristics of social justice, security and growth and comprehensive accession for the temporal living of the human. Accordingly, an ethical human can bring socially advanced society while fully and optimally benefiting from natural resources and divine gifts in the way of producing his real needs and society, promoting high spirituality and providing a monotheistic life.
