تجانس و اهمیت اقتصادنهادی برای ساخت اقتصاداسلامی

اقتصاد نئوکلاسیک رویکرد اصلی و مسلط برنامه‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی علم اقتصاد محسوب شده و سایر رویکردها تا حدود زیادی در حاشیه این برنامه‌ها قرار دارند. بحث و سوال اساسی این مقاله این است که آیا قسمت ترکیبی اقتصاد اسلامی نیز باید همین وضعیت را داشته باشد؛ یعنی آیا تاکید اقتصاد اسلامی باید بر ترکیب آموزه‌های اسلامی با ادبیات نئوکلاسیکی باشد. در ادبیات نهادی با تاکید بر محدودیت‌های بهینه‌سازی نئوکلاسیکی، «تصمیم‌گیری‌های نهادی» و «هزینه‌های مبادله» اهمیت پیدا می‌کنند. مشخصه اصلی رفتار دینی «نهادی عمل کردن» در چارچوب قواعد و ساختارهای دینی است و «کاهش هزینه‌های مبادله» نیز از کارکردهای اصلی فقه و اخلاق اسلامی به شمار می‌رود. از این منظر تشابه و تجانس شکلی بین ادبیات نهادی و آموزه‌های اسلامی تا حدود زیادی بدیهی به نظر خواهد آمد. هدف این مقاله عمق دهی و بیان مجدد و تفصیلی همین مفهوم به شکلی نوین است. در این راستا و به روش تحلیلی و توصیفی به مقایسه تطبیقی ادبیات نئوکلاسیکی و نهادی در حوزه اقتصاد خرد پرداخته خواهد شد و تلاش می شود با تاکید بر اهمیت و نقش «تصمیم‌گیری نهادی» و اهمیت کاهش «هزینه‌های مبادله» در اقتصاد، تحلیلی مناسب برای این ادعا مطرح شود که ادبیات اقتصاد نهادی در مقایسه با ادبیات نئوکلاسیکی اهمیت عملیاتی و تجانس بسیار بیشتری برای ساخت قسمت ترکیبی اقتصاد اسلامی دارند. بر این اساس لازم است در برنامه‌ریزی درسی رشته اقتصاد و اقتصاد اسلامی در کنار آموزش اقتصاد نئوکلاسیک توجه ویژه‌ای به ادبیات اقتصاد نهادی صورت پذیرد.
