نقش بنادر کوچک استان بوشهر در شبکه حمل‌و‌نقل دریایی

بندر همیشه نقشی راهبردی در توسعه داخلی و خارجی تجارت برای کشورهای توسعه‌یافته و در حال توسعه ایفا می‌کند. علاوه‌براین در شرایطی که دنیا به‌سوی جهانی‌شدن پیش می‌رود و فاصله‌ها پیوسته در حال کاهش هستند، بنادر نقش فعالی را در رشد اقتصادی کشور و محدوده وابسته به خود ایفا نموده و صرفاً بازیگران منفعلی در امر حمل‌ونقل و جابه‌جایی نیستند. شبکه‌سازی بنادر از ایده‌های نسبتا نوینی است که در سال های اخیر مورد توجه کشورهای پیشرو در حمل و نقل دریایی قرار گرفته است. در رویکرد شبکه‌سازی، بنادر کوچک و بزرگ می‌توانند در تعامل با یکدیگر در یک شبکه بزرگتر به عنوان جزیی از کل فعالیت داشته و بهره‌برداران و سازمان های مربوطه را در تحقق چشم اندازهای خود یاری نمایند. در این پژوهش، تمرکز بر بنادر تجاری استان بوشهر شامل بنادر بوشهر، دیلم، گناوه، ریگ، مروارید خارک، محمدعامری، بوالخیر، عامری، دیر، کنگان، نخل‌تقی و عسلویه می‌باشد. در ابتدا با استفاده از روش دلفی، شاخص های ارزیابی بنادر تعیین و بر آن اساس بنادر استان بوشهر در سه سطح و همچنین با توجه به موقعیت جغرافیایی، در سه گروه طبقه بندی شدند. در نهایت با جایگزینی بنادر مذکور در مدل های شبکه سازی حمل و نقل، الگوی شبکه ای پویا برای بنادر استان بوشهر ارائه شده است.

the role of small ports in bushehr province in maritime transportation network

port has always played a strategic role in domestic and foreign trade growth for developed and developing countries. as the world moves towards globalization and distances are steadily narrowing, ports have gained a more active role in the economic growth of the country and are no longer just a passive operator for transportation. port networking is a relatively new idea that has been the focus of leading shipping countries in recent years. in the networking approach, small and large ports can interact with one another in a larger network as part of the whole, helping stakeholders and organizations fulfil their provisions. in this research, the focus is on commercial ports of bushehr province, including bushehr, deylam, genaveh, rig, morvarid kharg, mohammed ameri, buolkheir, ameri, dayer, kangan, nakhl taghi and asalouyeh. at first, using delphi method, port evaluation indicators were determined and accordingly, ports of bushehr province were operationaly classified in three levels and geographically in three groups. finally, by placing the mentioned ports in the transportation networking models, a dynamic networking model for the ports of bushehr province is presented.
