الگوی ساختار سازمانی انجمن معتادان گمنام شهر تهران: مدلی برآمده از نظریه زمینه ‌ای

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناخت الگوی ساختار سازمانی در انجمن معتادان گمنام شهر تهران بود. روش: روش این پژوهش کیفی و از نوع نظریه گراندد تئوری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان و اعضای پیشکسوت انجمن معتادان گمنام بود و از بین آن ها 18 نفر با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شد. داده‌ها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری، و گزینشی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار max.qda 2020 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که مقوله‌ محوری در ساختارِ سازمانی انجمن معتادان گمنام پذیرش هدفمندی فرایند بهبودی بود. شرایط زمینه‌ای شامل اصول اساسی انجمن و ویژگی‌های سازمانی و شرایط علّی شامل باورهای بنیادین، دوگانه‌های انجمن و سلطه‌ ایمان‌محوری بود. مقوله‌های دیالکتیک فرد و جامعه در انجمن، فرصت‌های درون‌انجمنی و تهدیدهای درون‌سازمانی نیز شرایط مداخله‌ای این ساختار سازمانی را تشکیل دادند. استراتژی‌های انجمن معتادان گمنام نیز شامل استراتژی‌های سازمانی و مکانیسم‌های بازتوانی بودند. در نهایت، مقوله‎ شیوه‌های درمانی و مکانیسم بازتوانی به‌عنوان پیامد ساختار سازمانی انجمن معتادان گمنام شناسایی شد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاکی از آن است که ساختار سازمانی انجمن معتادان گمنام در شیوه‌ اجرا اگرچه موفقیت‌های چشمگیری داشته است، اما در ساختار قدرت که سلسله‌مراتبی و مبتنی بر حلقه‌های عمودی قدرت است و در برخی باورهای بنیادین با استحاله‌ هویت افراد وابسته به مواد روبرو شده که انتقاد برخی از بنیان‌گذاران این انجمن در ایران را نیز به همراه داشته است.

organizational structure model of narcotics anonymous in tehran: a model derived from grounded theory

objective: the present research aimed to identify the organizational structure model in the narcotics anonymous in the city of tehran. method: this research was qualitative grounded theory. the statistical population consisted of all experts and veteran members of narcotics anonymous, of whom 18 people were selected as the research sample using the purposeful sampling method. in-depth and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. the data were analyzed in three stages of open, axial, and selective coding using max.qda 2020 software. results: the results showed that the central category in the organizational structure of narcotics anonymous was the acceptance of the purposefulness of the recovery process. the background conditions included the association’s basic principles, organizational characteristics, and causal conditions, including fundamental beliefs, the association’s dualities, and the faith-orientation dominance. the dialectic categories of individual and society within the association, intra-association opportunities, and intra-organizational threats also formed the intervention conditions of this organizational structure. the strategies of narcotics anonymous also included organizational strategies and rehabilitation mechanisms. finally, the category of treatment methods and rehabilitation mechanisms was identified as a consequence of the organizational structure of narcotics anonymous. conclusion: the results indicate that while the organizational structure of narcotics anonymous has achieved remarkable successes in the way of implementation, in the power structure, which is hierarchical and based on vertical rings of power, and in some fundamental beliefs, it has faced substance-dependent individuals’ transformation of identity, which has led to the criticism of some founders of this association in iran.
