آسیب شناسی سازمانی مراکز ترک اعتیاد در پاسخگویی به خواسته های محیط بیرونی: تاملی بر دیدگاه های ذینفعان

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر آسیب شناسی سازمانی مراکز ترک اعتیاد در پاسخگویی به خواسته های محیط بیرونی بود. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر مبتنی بر رویکرد کیفی و مطالعه موردی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل چهار گروه افراد مراجعه کننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد، مدیران و رئیس های مراکز ترک اعتیاد، مددیارانِ این مراکز، و متخصصان حوزه اعتیاد بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند از نوع نظری و با تکیه بر اشباع نظری داده ها، 37 نفر انتخاب شدند که سه گروه اول در 11 مرکز در سراسر کشور مشغول به فعالیت بودند. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از مصاحبه نیمه سازمان یافته استفاده شد و برای تحلیل داده ها نیز از تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که مراکز ترک اعتیاد با آسیب های متعدد درون سازمانی (آسیب های فرهنگ سازمانی، آسیب های ساختار سازمانی، آسیب های مدیریت منابع انسانی، و آسیب های مالی) و آسیب های برون سازمانی (آسیب های فرهنگ محیطی، فشارهای آسیب زای نهادی، و عدم حمایت نهادی) رو به رو هستند. نتیجه گیری: آسیب های شناسایی شده را با نگاه سیاستی می توان تبیین و تحلیل کرد. بنابراین، برای ایجاد پاسخگویی اثربخش لازم است مراکز ترک اعتیاد راهبردهایی سیاستی مانند بازاریابی و چانه زنی برای جلب حمایت های نهادی را در پیش بگیرند و همچنین، به بازمهندسی ساختار سازمانی خود بپردازند.

organizational pathology of addiction treatment centers in responding to the demands of the external environment: a reflection on the views of the stakeholders

 objective: the present study aimed to investigate the organizational pathology of addiction treatment centers in responding to the demands of the external environment. method: the current research was a case study based on a qualitative approach. the  research population included four groups of individuals referring to addiction treatment centers, managers and heads of addiction treatment centers, assistant social workers at these centers, and experts in the field of addiction. using the theoretical purposeful sampling method and relying on theoretical data saturation, 37 people were selected; the first three groups working in 11 centers across the country. a semi-structured interview was used to collect research data, and thematic analysis was used to analyze the data. results: the research results indicated that addiction treatment centers were facing numerous damages inside the organization (organizational cultural damages, organizational structure damages, human resource management damages, and financial damages) and outside the organization (environmental cultural damages, detrimental  institutional pressures, and lack of institutional support ). conclusion: the identified damages can be explained and analyzed from a political point of view. therefore, in order to create effective accountability, addiction treatment centers need to adopt political strategies, including marketing and negotiating to attract institutional support, and also re-engineering their organizational structure.
