صفات شخصیتی مرضی و هم وابستگی: نقش میانجی حساسیت به تقویت

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین صفات شخصیتی مرضی و هم وابستگی با در نظر گرفتن میانجی گری حساسیت به تقویت (سیستم‏های بازداری و فعال‏ساز رفتاری) بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل همه زنان دارای همسر  دارای اختلال مصرف مواد شهرستان سنقر در سال 1400 بود. از این بین، 200 نفر به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده ها از شاخص هم وابستگی هالیوک، پرسشنامه شخصیت راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی-ویرایش پنجم و مقیاس سیستم فعال ساز/بازداری رفتاری استفاده شد. به منظور تحلیل داده ها از روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که صفات شخصیتی مرضی بر هم‏وابستگی اثر مستقیم و معناداری داشت و سیستم‏های بازداری و فعال‏ساز رفتاری در این رابطه دارای نقش واسطه‌ای معناداری بودند. در مجموع، نتایج نشان داد که مدل از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود. نتیجه گیری: سیستم‏های بازداری و فعال‏ساز رفتاری نقش مهمی در افزایش یا کاهش رابطه ی صفات شخصیتی مرضی با هم وابستگی دارند. بنابراین، پیشنهاد می شود در زمینه ی پیشگیری، تشخیص و مداخلات درمانی، هم‏وابستگی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

pathological personality traits and codependency: the mediating role of reinforcement sensitivity

objective: the present research aimed to investigate the relationship between pathological personality traits and codependency considering the mediating role of reinforcement sensitivity (the behavioral inhibition and activation systems). method: the research method was descriptive-correlational of structural equation modeling type. the statistical population included all women who had spouses with substance use disorder in the city of songhor in 2021. among them, 200 people were recruited by a convinence sampling method. in order to collect data, the holyoake codependency index, the dsm-5 personality questionnaire, and the behavioral activation/behavioral inhibition scale were used. data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. results: the results indicated that pathological personality traits had a significant direct effect on codependency, and behavioral activation/inhibition systems had a significant mediating role in this relationship. in sum, the results showed that the model had a desirable model fit. conclusion: behavioral inhibition/activation systems have an important role in increasing or decreasing the relationship between pathological personality traits and codependency. therefore, it is suggested to pay attention to codependency in the field of prevention, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions.
