تعارض زناشویی والدین و گرایش به سوءمصرف مواد نوجوانان: نقش تعدیل کننده افسردگی و ذهن آگاهی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی افسردگی و ذهن آگاهی در رابطه بین تعارض زناشویی والدین با گرایش به مصرف مواد بود. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش دانش آموزان نوجوان پسر شهرستان نورآباد در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بود که از بین آن‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای تعداد 329 نوجوان و والدین شان انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه تعارض زناشویی، مقیاس استعداد اعتیاد، ویرایش دوم سیاهه افسردگی بک و پرسشنامه پنج عاملی ذهن آگاهی گردآوری و با ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد بین ذهن آگاهی با گرایش به مصرف مواد رابطه منفی معنا داری و بین تعارض زناشویی والدین و افسردگی با گرایش به مصرف مواد نوجوانان رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، بر اساس نتایج رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی، نقش تعدیل کننده افسردگی و ذهن آگاهی در رابطه بین تعارض زناشویی والدین و گرایش به مصرف مواد نوجوانان مورد تائید قرار گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه حاضر بر نقش تعدیل‌کننده افسردگی و ذهن آگاهی به عنوان یک مکانیسم مهم در رابطه بین تعارض زناشویی والدین با گرایش به مصرف مواد نوجوانان تاکید دارد؛ لذا نتایج اهمیت کاربردی و نظری قابل‌ ملاحظه‌ای در مداخله و پیشگیری از گرایش به مصرف مواد در بین نوجوانان پسر دارد.

parental marital conflict and adolescents drug abuse tendency: the moderated model of depression and mindfulness

 objective: the aim of the current study was to investigate the moderating role of depression and mindfulness in the relationship between parental marital conflict and adolescents drug abuse tendency. method: the method of the present study was descriptive-correlation. the statistical population of the study was adolescent male students in nurabad city in 2019-2020, from which 329 adolescents and their parents were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling. data were collected using marital conflict questionnaire, addiction scale, beck depression inventory second edition and mindfulness five-factor questionnaire and analyzed by pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression. results: the results showed that there is a significant negative relationship between mindfulness and tendency to use drugs and a significant positive relationship between parents ’marital conflict and depression with adolescents’ tendency to use drugs. also, based on the results of hierarchical regression, the moderating role of depression and mindfulness in the relationship between parental marital conflict and adolescent drug use tendencies was confirmed. conclusion: the present study highlights the moderating role of depression and mindfulness as an important mechanism in the relationship between parental marital conflict and adolescent drug use tendencies. therefore, the results are of considerable practical and theoretical importance in intervention and prevention of drug use among male adolescents.
