بررسی نقش صفات شخصیتی سایکوپاتیک و پرخاشگری در گرایش به مصرف مواد دانش آموزان دارای نشانه های اختلال سلوک

 هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش صفات شخصیتی سایکوپاتیک و پرخاشگری در گرایش به مصرف مواد در دانش آموزان دارای نشانه های اختلال سلوک بود. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش حاضر تمامی دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 در شهر بیله سوار استان اردبیل بودند که از میان آنان 240 نفر به عنوان نمونه اولیه به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از میان آنان، 67 نفر از دانش آموزانی که در مقیاس اختلال سلوک نمره آنان یک انحراف استاندارد بالاتر از میانگین بود به عنوان دانش آموزان دارای نشانه های اختلال سلوک تعیین شدند و به پرسشنامه های صفات شخصیتی سایکوپاتیک، پرخاشگری و گرایش به مصرف مواد پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد بین صفات شخصیتی سایکوپاتیک و پرخاشگری با گرایش به مواد در دانش آموزان دارای نشانه های اختلال سلوک رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. مولفه رفتاری و بین فردی صفات شخصیتی سایکوپاتیک و پرخاشگری توانستند 27 درصد از واریانس گرایش به مصرف مواد را در نوجوانان مورد مطالعه به گونه معناداری پیش بینی نمایند. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، گرایش به مصرف مواد دانش آموزان دارای نشانه های اختلال سلوک را می توان بر اساس صفات شخصیتی سایکوپاتیک و میزان پرخاشگری پیش بینی نمود.

 objective: the purpose of this study was to determine the role of psychopathic personality traits and aggression in tendency to use drugs in students with conduct disorder symptoms. method: the present study population was secondary high school students in the academic year 2020-2021 in bilesvar, ardabil, from which 240 people were selected by convenience sampling. among them, 67 students with a standard deviation above the average on the conduct disorder scale were identified as students with symptoms of conduct disorder and were responded to questionnaires of psychopathic personality traits, aggression, and a tendency to drug use. data were analyzed using pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. results: the results showed that there is a significant relationship between psychopathic personality traits and aggression with drug use tendency in students with symptoms of conduct disorder. behavioral and interpersonal components of psychopathic personality traits and aggression were significantly predicted 27% of the variance of drug use tendency in the adolescents. conclusion: based on the results of this study, the tendency of students to use drugs with symptoms of conduct disorder can be predicted based on psychopathic personality traits and the degree of aggression.
