پهنه بندی جرائم مواد مخدر و ارزیابی و مدل سازی عوامل موثر بر آن با استفاده از تکنیک سیستم عصبی- فازی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی پهنه های توزیع قاچاق انواع مواد مخدر در استان سیستان و بلوچستان با توجه به موقعیت جغرافیایی آن ‌و قرارگیری آن در همسایگی کشور افغانستان و پاکستان بود. روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعات اسنادی و کتابخانه ‌ای بود. داده ها و اطلاعات برای ارائه راه‌ حل متناسب با معضل مذکور بر اساس واقعیت موجود و نظرخواهی از کارشناسان مرتبط بدست ‌آمد. یافته ها: در این پژوهش به پهنه بندی انواع مواد مخدر پرداخته ‌شد و نتایج حاصل از مدل سازی نرخ عوامل موثر بر قاچاق مواد مخدر با استفاده از سیستم عصبی فازی بیانگر این بود که مدل ساخته ‌شده با دقت و صحت خوبی (0/060=rmse و 0/98=r^2) قادر به برآورد نمودن نرخ عوامل موثر بر قاچاق مواد مخدر بود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان می دهد از بین شاخص ها و عوامل موثر بر قاچاق مواد مخدر، عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی بیشتر تاثیر داشته و پس‌ازآن عوامل اقتصادی، موقعیت جغرافیایی و روش های مبارزه با قاچاق مواد مخدر در درجه بعد قرار دارند.

Zoning of Drug Crimes and Evaluating and Modeling of Factors Affecting it Using Neural-Fuzzy System Technique (ANFIS)

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the distribution zones of drug trafficking in Sistan and Baluchestan province due to its geographical situation and its location in the neighborhood of Afghanistan and Pakistan. Method: The research method was descriptiveanalytical and based on documentary and library studies. Data and information were obtained based on available facts and opinion polls from relevant experts to provide a solution appropriate to the problem. Results: In this research, zoning of various drugs was examined and the results of modeling the rates of factors affecting drug trafficking using fuzzy nervous system showed that the constructed model was able to estimate the rates of factors affecting drug trafficking with good accuracy (RMSE = 0.060, R2 =0.98). Conclusion: The results of the study show that among the indicators and factors affecting drug trafficking, social and cultural factors have the most impact, followed by economic factors and geographical situation and methods of combating drug trafficking.
