کاوش پیشایندها و پسایندهای مبارزه اجتماع محور با مواد مخدر: رویکردی آمیخته

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف کاوش پیشایندها و پسایندهای مبارزه اجتماع محور با مواد مخدر از طریق رویکرد آمیخته انجام پذیرفت. روش: پژوهش حاضر قیاسی-استقرایی (آمیخته) و از نوع کاربردی-اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه فعالان حوزه مبارزه اجتماع محور با مواد مخدر بود. 22 نفر از آن ها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی پژوهش، از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی از پرسش نامه استفاده شد. در بخش کیفی، داده های بدست آمده از مصاحبه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اطلس تی آی و روش تحلیل مضمون تحلیل شدند. همچنین، در بخش کمی پژوهش، با استفاده از فن دلفی فازی پیشایندها و پسایندها استخراج شده تایید و اولویت بندی گردیدند. یافته ها: یافته ها حاکی از استخراج 10 پیشایند و 11 پسایند بود. از میان پیشایندها، به ترتیب عملکرد موثر تسهیل گران در جلب مشارکت اجتماع جهت مبارزه با مواد مخدر، جذب نخبگان جهت همراهی با مبارزات اجتماع محور و توسعه مفاهیم مبارزه اجتماع محور با مواد مخدر در سطح اجتماع دارای بالاترین اولویت بودند. همچنین، از میان پسایندها، کنش حمایتی اجتماع، شناسایی مشارکتی معضلات مواد مخدر و همراهی اجتماع در درک معضلات مواد مخدر دارای بالاترین اولویت بودند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش می توان گفت توجه به پیشایند های موثر به خصوص مهم ترین آن ها می تواند در مبارزه اجتماع محور با مواد مخدر نقشی اساسی داشته باشد.

Exploring the Antecedents and Consequences of Community-Based Drug Fight: A Mixed Approach

Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the antecedents and consequences of communitybased drug fight through a mixed approach. Method: The present study was deductiveinductive (mixed) of appliedexploratory type. The statistical population of the study included all activists in the field of communitybased drug fight. 22 of them were selected using purposive sampling. A semistructured interview was used to collect data in the research qualitative part and a questionnaire was used in the quantitative part. In the qualitative part, the data obtained from the interview were analyzed using Atlas.ti software and content analysis method. Also, in the research quantitative part, the extracted antecedents and consequences were confirmed and prioritized using fuzzy Delphi technique. Results: The results showed the extraction of 10 antecedents and 11 consequences. Among the antecedents, the effective performance of facilitators in attracting community participation to fight drugs, attracting elites to accompany communitybased struggles, and developing the concepts of communitybased counternarcotics fight at the community level had the highest priorities, respectively. Also, among the consequences, community supportive action, participatory identification of drug problems, and community support in understanding drug problems had the highest priorities. Conclusion: According to the research findings, it can be said that paying attention to effective antecedents, especially the most important ones, can play an essential role in the communitybased drug fight.
