نقش سبک دلبستگی در گرایش به مصرف مواد: بررسی نقش میانجی حس انسجام

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش سبک دلبستگی در گرایش به مصرف مواد با توجه به نقش میانجی حس انسجام در دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان پردیس شهید بهشتی مشهد بود. روش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع همبستگی با استفاده از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه تحقیق شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان پردیس شهید بهشتی مشهد در سال تحصیلی 1397-1396 بود که تعداد 400 نفر (311 دانشجوی مرد و 89 دانشجوی زن) به عنوان نمونه به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی برگزیده شدند. ابزارهای سنجش عبارت بودند از: پرسش نامه های گرایش به اعتیاد (میرحسامی، 1388)، سبک های دلبستگی (هازن و شیور، 1987) و حس انسجام (آنتونوسکی، 1987). یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد سبک دلبستگی و گرایش به مصرف مواد رابطه مستقیم دارند ( p <0/05). همچنین سبک دلبستگی و گرایش به مصرف مواد از طریق حس انسجام تاثیرات غیر مستقیم بر گرایش به مصرف مواد دارد ( p <0/05). نتیجه گیری: لازمه کاهش گرایش به مصرف مواد مخدر، تغییر سبک های دلبستگی ناایمن و اجتنابی به سمت ایمن و بهبود عزت نفس در افراد می باشد. سبک های دلبستگی، کیفیت روابط اجتماعی و در ادامه عزت نفس را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد. ارتقای حس انسجام منجر به حس قوی در فهم رویدادها می شود.

The role of attachment style in substance use tendency: Investigating the mediating role of sense of coherence

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of attachment style in substance use tendency considering the mediating role of sense of coherence in students of Shahid Beheshti University of Mashhad. Method: The present study was a correlation study using structural equation modeling method. The study population consisted of students of Shahid Beheshti Campus of Mashhad College of Education in the academic year of 20172018. 400 students (311 male and 89 female) were selected by random cluster sampling method. Measures of study are: addiction tendency questionnaires (Mir Hessami, 1), attachment styles (Hazen Shaver, 1987) and sense of coherence (Antonovsky, 1987). Results: The results showed that attachment style and substance use tendency have a direct relationship (p <0.05). Also, attachment style and tendency to substance use have indirect effects on tendency to substance use through sense of coherence (p <0.05). Conclusion: To reduce the tendency to use drugs, insecure and avoidant attachment styles should be changed to secure styles and improve selfesteem in individuals. Attachment styles affect the quality of social relationships and, subsequently, selfesteem. Promoting a sense of coherence leads to a strong sense of perceiving events.
