بررسی عوامل تاثیرگذار در سوءمصرف مواد‌ مخدر و اعتیاد با رویکرد گراندد تئوری

هدف: اعتیاد به مواد مخدر از مهم ترین مسائلی است که عوارض آن تهدیدی جدی برای جامعه محسوب می شود و به عنوان یکی از بحران های چهارگانه قرن بیست و یکم همه جوامع را درگیر کرده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی علل و عوامل تاثیرگذار در سوءمصرف مواد مخدر و اعتیاد با رویکرد گراندد تئوری انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر به روش کیفی در سال 1398 در شهر قروه انجام شد. 16 نفر با سابقه سوءمصرف مواد با حداقل 4 سال سابقه وابستگی با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده ها، از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. به منظور تسهیل در فرآیند کدگذاری و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار maxqda استفاده شد. یافته ها: عوامل تاثیرگذار در سوءمصرف مواد مخدر و اعتیاد عبارت بودند از: الف) عوامل زمینه ساز شامل عوامل فردی و بین فردی؛ ب) عوامل آشکارساز شامل عوامل خانوادگی؛ و ج) عوامل تدوام بخش و تشدیدکننده شامل عوامل اجتماعی فرهنگی و محیطی. نتیجه گیری: عوامل متعددی در بروز اعتیاد و سوءمصرف مواد نقش دارند و شناسایی آن ها در محیط ها، فرهنگ ها و جوامع مختلف امکان تدوین اقدامات پیشگیرانه و افزایش زمینه آگاهی عمومی را فراهم می کند.

Investigating the Factors Affecting Drug Abuse and Addiction with a Grounded Theoretical Approach

Objective: Drug addiction is one of the most important issues whose complications are a serious threat to the society. It is one of the four crises of the 21st century affecting all communities across the world. The aim of this study was to investigate the causes and factors affecting drug abuse and addiction with a grounded theory approach. Method: The present study was conducted in a qualitative manner in Qorveh in 2019. Sixteen individuals with a history of drug abuse with at least 4 years of dependency were selected by purposive sampling method. Semistructured interviews were used to collect data. MAXQDA software was used to facilitate the coding process and data analysis. Results: Factors influencing drug abuse and addiction were: a) predisposing factors including individual and interpersonal factors; b) detective factors including family factors; and c) continuing and aggravating factors including socialcultural and environmental factors. Conclusion: Numerous factors are involved in the occurrence of addiction and drug abuse, and identifying them in different environments, cultures and societies provides the possibility of developing preventive practices and increasing public awareness.
