مقیاس سنجش نگرش نسبت به مواد مخدر در دانشجویان: ارزیابی روایی و پایایی

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف ساخت مقیاس نگرش به مواد مخدر و بررسی روایی و پایایی آن در بین دانشجویان انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی -پیمایشی و از نوع ابزار‌سازی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل همه دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید باهنرکرمان در سال تحصیلی 1398-1397 بود که از بین آن ها نمونه ای به حجم 400 نفر با روش نمونه گیری سهیمه ای انتخاب شدند. ساخت مقیاس در دو مرحله مقدماتی و نهایی انجام شد. پس از بررسی مقدماتی مقیاس بر روی 50 نفر و حذف آیتم‌هایی که دارای ضریب تمیز و دشواری نامناسب بودند، مقیاس نهایی نگرش به مواد مخدر و پرسش نامه شناسایی افراد در معرض خطر اعتیاد تکمیل شدند. ساختار عاملی مقیاس نگرش به مواد مخدر از طریق تحلیل عاملی تاییدی بررسی شد. همچنین، پایایی مقیاس از طریق آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس22 و آموس24 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان داد که مقیاس حاضر دارای یک ساختار سه عاملی (شناختی، عاطفی و رفتاری) با برازش مطلوبی بود. پایایی با روش آلفای کرونباخ برای کل مقیاس 0/86 و برای عامل های شناختی، هیجانی و رفتاری به ترتیب 0/70، 0/73 و 0/69 بود که حاکی از همسانی درونی خوبی بود. همچنین، روایی همگرای مناسب مقیاس تاییدکننده روایی مقیاس بود. نتیجه‌گیری: مقیاس نگرش به مواد مخدر یک ابزار روا و پایا در بین دانشجویان است و می‌تواند به عنوان یک ابزار غربالگری در بررسی دانشجویان در معرض خطر اعتیاد مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Attitudes toward Drug Scale in Students: Assessing the Reliability and Validity

Objective: The present study aimed to develop attitude toward drug scale and to evaluate its validity and reliability among students. Method: The present research was descriptivesurvey of tool development type. The statistical population of the present study included all the students at Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman in 20182019. Among them, 400 individuals were selected using quota sampling method. The development of the scale was performed in two preliminary and final stages. After a preliminary evaluation of the scale on 50 individuals and the removal of items that had an inappropriate clean coefficient and difficulty, the final scale of attitudes toward drug and the questionnaire to identify people at risk for addiction were completed. The factor structure of the attitude toward drug scale was examined using confirmatory factor analysis. Also, the reliability of the scale was evaluated using Cronbachchr('39')s alpha. The data were analyzed using SPSS22 and Amos24 software. Results: The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the scale had a threefactor structure (cognitive, emotional and behavioral factors) with an appropriate fit. Reliability using Cronbachchr('39')s alpha for the total scale was 0.86 and for its cognitive, emotional, and behavioral factors were 0.70, 0.73, and 0.69 respectively, showing good internal consistency. Also, the appropriate convergent validity of the scale confirmed the scale validity. Conclusion: The attitude toward drug scale is a valid and reliable tool among students and can be used as a screening tool to assess students at risk for addiction.
