اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش رضایت جنسی در بیماران بهبودیافته از اختلال مصرف مت آمفتامین

هدف: هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش رضایت جنسی در بیماران بهبودیافته از اختلال مصرف مت آمفتامین بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمونپس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه مردان مبتلا به اختلال مصرف مت آمفتامین (تقریبا 1500 نفر) در سال 1397 که در مرحله پرهیز از مصرف مواد قرار داشتند و در جلسات انجمن معتادان گمنام شهرستان یزد شرکت می کردند، بود. از میان این افراد، 24 نفر از افراد با نمره پایین تر از نقطه برش (نمره کمتر از 67) روی شاخص رضایت جنسی به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در گروه آزمایش (12 نفر) و گروه کنترل ( 12 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 60 دقیقه ای مداخله درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد را دریافت کرد. از شاخص رضایت جنسی به منظور جمع‌آوری داده ها استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره انجام شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به طور معناداری باعث افزایش رضایت جنسی در بیماران بهبودیافته از اختلال مصرف مت آمفتامین شد. نتیجه گیری: می‌توان گفت که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر اعتیاد و آسیب های روان شناختی ناشی از آن موثر است و از این درمان می‌توان در زمینه امور زناشویی به خصوص رضایت جنسی استفاده کرد.

The Effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) on the Increase of Sexual Satisfaction in Recovered Patients from Methamphetamine Use Disorder

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on the increase of sexual satisfaction in recovered patients from methamphetamine use disorder. Method: The present study was quasiexperimental with pretestposttest design with a control group. The statistical population of the study included all men with methamphetamine use disorder (approximately 1500 people) who were in the stage of abstinence from drugs and participated in the meetings of the Association of Anonymous Addicts in Yazd in 2018. Among these individuals, 24 individuals with a score lower than the cutoff point (score less than 67) on the index of sexual satisfaction were selected by purposive sampling method and were randomly assigned into the experimental (n=12) and control (n=12) groups. The experimental group received eight 60minute sessions of acceptance and commitment therapy intervention. The index of sexual satisfaction was used to collect data. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis of covariance. Results: The results showed that acceptance and commitment therapy significantly increased sexual satisfaction in recovered patients from methamphetamine use disorder. Conclusion: It can be said that the acceptance and commitment therapy is effective on addiction and the psychological damages caused by it, and this treatment can be used in the field of marital affairs, especially sexual satisfaction.
