بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش گروهی عوارض سوءمصرف مواد مخدر بر میزان سیستم های بازداری-فعال سازی رفتاری و نگرش به مصرف مواد در نوجوانان در معرض خطر

هدف: هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش گروهی عوارض سوءمصرف مواد بر میزان سیستم های بازداریفعال سازی رفتاری و نگرش به مصرف مواد در بین نوجوانان پسر در معرض خطر بود. روش: روش تحقیق از نوع شبه آزمایشی بود. جامعه آماری را دانش آموزان پسر دوره متوسطه دوم شهرستان مشکین شهر به تعداد 3062 نفر تشکیل می دادند. از بین 25 کلاس به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی، 42 نفر انتخاب شدند و در گروه های گواه و آزمایش قرار گرفتند. برای جمع آوری داده ها، از مقیاس های سیستم های بازداری فعال سازی رفتاری کارور و وایت، آمادگی به اعتیاد و نگرش به مصرف مواد استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد آموزش عوارض سوءمصرف مواد بر افزایش سیستم بازداری رفتاری و کاهش نگرش مثبت به اعتیاد تاثیر داشت. نتیجه گیری: آموزش عوارض سوءمصرف مواد، می تواند بر سیستم بازداری رفتاری و نگرش به مصرف مواد تاثیر گذاشته و گرایش افراد را به مواد مخدر کاهش دهد. بنابراین می تواند به عنوان روش پیشگیری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

The Effectiveness of Group Training on Complications of drug abuse on Behavioral Activation and Inhibition of Systems and Substance Abuse Attitude in Adolescents at Risk.

Abstractobjectives: The purpose of this study was to determine The Effectiveness of Group Training on Complications of drug abuse on Behavioral Activation and Inhibition of Systems and Substance Abuse Attitude among highrisk male adolescents. Method: The research method was quasiexperimental and the Statistical Society consisted of 3062 Secondary high school male students of Meshkin Shahr city. From the 25 classes by cluster sampling method, 42 students were randomly selected and divided into control and experimental groups. Carver and White's Behavioral Activation and Inhibition of Systems, Addiction Preparedness, and Attitude to Substance Abuse Scales were used for data collection and data were analyzed by using MANOVA. Results: The results showed that training on the complications of substance abuse effects on increasing behavioral inhibition system and decreasing positive attitude to addiction. Conclusion: These findings suggest that training on the complications of substance abuse can affect the behavioral inhibition system and Attitude to substance use and decrease the tendency of people to use drugs.
