طراحی الگوی خرد سازمانی مدیران مدرسۀ مقطع ابتدایی

هدف اصلی از این پژوهش طراحی الگوی خرد سازمانی مدیران مقطع ابتدایی بوده است. پژوهش به روش کیفی و با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون صورت گرفته است. برای انجام این پژوهش، ابتدا مقالات و پژوهش‌های صورت‌گرفته از سال 2000 تا 2022 میلادی بررسی و مطالعه شد. نمونه‌های مرتبط و هم‌راستا با خرد سازمانی مدیران 268 پژوهش بود که 28 پژوهش با روش casp انتخاب شد. داده‌ها بر اساس روش تحلیل مضمون در نرم‌افزار atlasti تجزیه‌ و تحلیل شد. به‌منظور سنجش اعتبار یافته‌های پژوهش از چهار معیار ضریب هولستی، ضریب پی اسکات، شاخص کاپای کوهن و آلفای کرپیندروف برای بررسی قابلیت اعتبار، قابلیت انتقال، قابلیت تایید و اطمینان‌پذیری استفاده شد. پس از تحلیل و کدگذاری یافته‌ها، تعداد 37 مضمون پایه، 13 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 5 مضمون فراگیر شامل رهبری هوشمندانه، هوشمندی حرفه‌ای، اندیشۀ نظام‌مند، ذهنیت راهبردی و تفکر کیفیت‌گرا به دست آمد. از مولفه‌های ‌به‌دست‌آمده نتیجه‌ می‌گیریم که نظام آموزشی، برای دوام در عرصۀ رقابت در محیط پیوسته درحال تغییر و پویا و پیچیده، باید ذهنیت نظام‌مند و برنامۀ راهبردی داشته باشد و برای رویارویی با تهدیدها و فرصت‌هایی غیرقابل پیش‌بینی آماده شود.

designing an organizational wisdom model for primary school principals

the primary aim of the present study was to design an organizational wisdom model for primary school principals. the research method was qualitative, utilizing thematic analysis. for this study, articles and research conducted between 2000 and 2022 were reviewed. a total of 268 studies related to organizational wisdom of principals were identified, out of which 28 were selected using the casp method. data analysis was performed through thematic analysis using atlas.ti software. to assess the validity of the findings, four criteria were employed: holsti’s coefficient, scott’s pi coefficient, cohen’s kappa index, and krippendorff’s alpha, to evaluate credibility, transferability, confirmability, and dependability. after analyzing and coding the findings, 37 basic themes, 13 organizing themes, and 5 overarching themes were identified, including: intelligent leadership, professional intelligence, systems thinking, strategic mindset, and quality-oriented thinking. based on the obtained components, it can be concluded that the educational system must have a systematic mindset and a strategic plan in order to thrive in the competitive, continuously changing, dynamic, and complex environment. it should also prepare itself for unpredictable threats and opportunities.
