جستاری در کتب کهن اسرارالتوحید و سیرت ابن‌ خفیف با هدف بازیابی و رتبه‌بندی ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و روش‌های آموزشی معلمان سرآمد

هدف از این پژوهش استحصال و رتبه‌بندی ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و روش‌های تربیتی ابوسعید ابوالخیر و ابن‌ خفیف شیرازی است. در بخش اول، با رویکرد کیفی و بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل محتوای عرفی، دو کتاب کهن اسرارالتوحید و سیرت ابن‌خفیف بررسی ‌شد. در بخش دوم، با رویکرد کمّی و روش نمونه‌گیریِ دردسترس، 22 مدرس و عضو هیئت‌علمی رشتهٔ علوم‌ تربیتی در شهر قم گزینش شدند و اهمیت و رتبهٔ هریک از مضامین به‌‌دست‌آمده را برای معلمان امروز مشخص کردند. این رتبه‌بندی با بهره‌گیری از آزمون فریدمن به نتیجه رسیده است.از مطالعهٔ حاضر، هجده مضمون فرعی به‌دست آمد: عشق به تعلم و آموختن، توجه به خودسازی، زهد و بی‌اعتنایی به دنیا، رفق و مدارا، شوخ‌طبعی، تواضع و فروتنی، هم‌سازی رفتار و گفتار، رفتار محبت‌آمیز با شاگردان، تربیت بدون چشمداشت، توجه به نیازها و سرگرمی شاگردان، توجه به فُرص تربیت، آموزش به اشارت، بهره‌جویی از تشویق، بهره‌وری از حکایت و داستان، آموزش با تکیه بر تمثیل، استفاده از شعر، آموزش در عمل، موجز و خلاصه‌گویی. این هجده مضمون در پاسخ به دو سوال اول پژوهش و در قالب سه مضمون اصلیِ منش فردی و تربیتی و تعلیمی خلاصه و تجمیع شد. در پاسخ به سوال سوم، مشخص شد که مهم‌ترین خصلت‌های فردی و تربیتی‌ای که بهتر است معلمان امروز به آن‌ها توجه کنند بدین ترتیب‌ند: هم‌سازی رفتار و گفتار، رفتار محبت‌آمیز با شاگردان، توجه به خودسازی و فروتنی، و بهره‌جویی از تشویق و تمثیل.

a research in the books of asrār al-tawheed and sirat ibn khafif, with the aim of retrieving and ranking the personality traits and educational methods of the excellent teachers

the purpose of this research was to extract and rank the personality traits and educational methods of abu saeed abul khair and ibn khafif shirazi. in the first part, two books, asrar al-tawheed and sirat ibn khafif, have been investigated with the conventional content analysis method. in the next part, 22 professors in the field of educational sciences in qom, who were selected by convenience sampling method, determined the importance and rank of each of the obtained themes for today’s teachers. friedman’s test was used for this ranking. interest in learning, attention to self-improvement, asceticism, tolerance, humor, humility, coordination of the behavior and speech, loving behavior with students, education without expectations, attention to the needs and hobbies of students, attention to the educational opportunities, teaching by pointing, the use of encouragement, the use of anecdotes, teaching with parables, the use of poetry, teaching in practice, summarizing& are the eighteen sub-themes obtained from the present study. these sub-themes were summed up in the form of three main themes of individual character, educational character and educational methods. the results of the search for the answer to the third question were as follows: the most important personal and educational traits that can be considered for today’s teachers are coordination of behavior and speech, loving behavior with students, and attention to the self-improvement and humility, respectively. also, the best educational feature is the use of encouragement and illustration.these themes are gathered in the form of three main themes of individual character, educational character and educational methods.the results of the search for the answer to the third question are as follows: the most important personal and educational traits that can be considered for today’s teachers are, in order: coordination of behavior and speech, loving behavior with students, attention to self-improvement and humility; the best teaching methods are the use of encouragement and examples.
