بررسی روش‌های آموزشی در تعلیمات عشایر

آموزش از اساسی‌ترین نیازهای بشر است. بدون آموزش هیچ جامعه‌ای نمی‌تواند به بقای خود ادامه دهد. به‌دلیل اهمیت آموزش نظریه‌ها و دیدگاه‌های متعددی دربارة آن ارائه شده که روزبه‌روز در حال رشد است. در همة نظریات، به سه رکن اساسی فرایند آموزش، یاددهنده‌ و یادگیرنده، محتوا و مواد آموزشی در قالب فرایند یاددهی یادگیری یا همان تدریس پرداخته شده است.هر نظریه یا دیدگاه، براساس معرفت‌شناسی حاکم بر آن، نگاه‌ متفاوتی به تدریس دارد.این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی روش‌های آموزشی در تعلیمات عشایر جنوب کشور در زمان مدیرکلی محمد بهمن‌بیگی انجام شد. روش تحقیق از نوع تحلیل محتواست. منابع استفاده‌شده در این پژوهش، آثار به‌جامانده از محمد بهمن‌بیگی است که عبارت‌اند از کتاب‌های تالیفی ایشان و کتاب‌ها، مقاله‌ها، مستندها و پایان‌نامه‌هایی که دربارة ایشان نوشته شده است؛ همچنین شامل مصاحبه‌هایی است که در این زمینه انجام شده است. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد در تعلیمات عشایر نیز، مانند بسیاری از نظام‌های آموزشی، از روش‌های رایج در نظام‌های آموزشی استفاده می‌شود؛ ازجملة این روش‌ها می‌توان به روش‌های ایفای نقش، روش آزمایشگاهی، روش نمایشی، روش سخنرانی، روش گردش علمی و روش پرسش‌وپاسخ اشاره کرد. اگرچه این روش‌ها امروزه جزو روش‌های سنتی تدریس‌اند، هنوز هم استفاده می‌شوند.

investigating educational methods in nomadic education

education is one of the most basic human needs. without education, no society could survive. nowadays, due to the importance of education, many theories and viewpoints have been presented and are being presented. in all the theories, the three main pillars of the teaching process &teacher, learner, and educational content and materials& have been discussed in the form of teaching-learning process or just teaching. each theory or perspective has a different view towards teaching, based on the epistemology that governs it. this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the educational methods used by the nomads during the time when mohammad bahmanbeigi was the director general in the southern nomads. it was a content analysis research. the sources used in this research were the works left by mohammad bahmanbeigi, including the books written by himself, and books, papers, documentaries, and theses written about him, as well as the interviews that were conducted on it. the research findings showed that common methods were used in the education systems of the nomads, like many educational systems, which include the methods of role playing, laboratory method, demonstration method, lecture method, scientific tour method and question and answer method, although these methods are among the traditional teaching methods today, they are still used.
