شناسایی شاخص‌های منش مربیگری مدیران مدارس مقاطع ابتدایی

مدیر به‌منزلۀ مربی به کارکنان کمک می‌کند باور کنند که می‌توانند رفتارها و فعالیت‌های به‌مراتب اثربخش‌تر، کاراتر و نوآورانه‌تری در قیاس با قبل داشته باشند. به‌علاوه، داشتن منش خوب نیز فرایند موفقیت را در مربیگری تسهیل می‌کند. بر همین اساس، در این پژوهش به شناسایی شاخص‌های منش مربیگری مدیران مدارس مقطع ابتدایی پرداخته می‌شود تا برای استفاده‌کنندگان از نتایج پژوهش و علاقه‌مندان به مربیگری در محیط مدرسه مفید واقع شود. رویکرد این پژوهشْ کیفی و از نوع تحلیل محتواست. مشارکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش به‌صورت هدفمند و از میان 15 نفر از استادان دانشگاه و مدیران مدرسه انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزارِ پژوهش مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته است و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز ازطریق فن مضمون بررسی شده است. برای تایید روایی پژوهش از روش مثلث‌سازی و برای تایید پایایی از روش هولستی استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش به شناسایی هشت مقولۀ اصلی شامل تعالی و برتری، پاسخ‌گویی، مشارکت‌طلبی، انسانیت، تواضع، خدمتگزاری، عدالت‌محوری و صداقت و 30 مقولۀ فرعی منجر شد. ازآنجاکه مدارس مرکز فرهنگ‌سازی کشورند و تاثیر بسزایی در این زمینه دارند استفاده از نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند الگویی مفید برای معلمان و مدیران مدارس باشد.

identifying the indicators of primary school principals’ coaching character

as a coach, the principal helps the staff to believe that they can have behaviors and activities that are more effective, efficient and innovative than before. to be successful in coaching, having a good character could facilitate the coaching process. in this research, the indicators of coaching character of primary school principals are identified in order to be useful for users of the results of this research and those interested in coaching in the school environment. it was a qualitative research of the content analysis type. the participants of this study were 15 teachers and school principals who were selected purposefully. the research instrument was a semi-structured interview and the data were analyzed using a thematic technique. triangulation method was used to confirm the validity of the research and holstein method was used to confirm the reliability. the results led to the identification of 8 main categories including the excellence and superiority, accountability, participation, humanity, humility, service, justice and honesty and 30 sub-categories. since schools are considered as the cultural center of the country and play an effective role in this regard, so using the results of this study could be useful as a model for teachers and school principals.
