تبیین جامعه شناختی مواضع سیاسی تربیت دانش‌آموز به مثابه شهروند مطلوب در اسناد رسمی جمهوری اسلامی ایران (مطالعه موردی سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش،سند چشم انداز 20 ساله)

شهروند مطلوب برای نظام‌های رسمی به‌عنوان عنصری خلاق و مستقل شناخته می‌شود. آنها برای تحت انقیاد درآوردن‌شان از شیوه‌های مختلفی استفاده می‌کنند. نظام تربیت رسمی جمهوری اسلامی نیز با تدوین اسناد «سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش و سند چشم‌انداز20 ساله» تلاش می‌کند شهروند مطلوب خود را تربیت کند. این مقاله ضمن شناسایی بنیان‌های آمادهسازی شهروندی و ویژگی‌های شهروند مطلوب تلاش دارد موضع‌ شفاف نظام رسمی تعلیم و تربیت در ایران را از طریق این اسناد نسبت به تربیت شهرونددانش‌آموز مشخص سازد. به لحاظ روش‌شناسی این مقاله از نوع اسنادی تحلیلی است که محتوای اسناد موردنظر به روش تحلیل محتوایی مورد واکاوی قرار گرفت و نمونه‌‌ها به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری نظری به شیوه‌ی فیش‌برداری انتخاب شده‌اند. در بخش یافته‌ها نتایج حاصل از تحلیل‌ اسناد نشان می‌دهد که هر دو سند رسیدن به قرب الهی را هدف غایی آرمان تربیت می‌دانند. مقوله‌‌ی استخراجی شهروند دیندار در محورهای دینی (اعتقادی،عبادی) و مقوله‌ی شناختی(ارزشی،اخلاقی ،علمی و فرهنگی) در هردو سند این سنخیت را نشان می‌دهد. اما در بررسی مقوله‌ی شهروند اجتماعی با محورهای مورد بررسی(منفعت اجتماعی، مشارکت اجتماعی سیاسی، نقش‌آفرینی مجزای اجتماعی و منشا رشد اجتماعی)مسیر متفاوتی برای رسیدن به هدف معرفی می‌کنند. بر‌اساس این نتایج سند تحول دستیابی به ایده‌ال‌های شهروند مطلوب را در اولویت دادن به اراده‌ی فردی میبیند؛ در حالی که سند چشم انداز ضمن در نظر گرفتن این تفاوتها نقطه آغاز تربیت شهروندی را ایجاد ساختار مناسب و قرار گرفتن افراد در این نهادها برای فراگیری الگوهای رسمی نظام حاکم در نظر می گیرد

Political Position Of Student Education As a Desirable Citizen In Iran Official Documents(Case Study of the Fundamental Education Transformation Document, 20Year Vision Document)

A desirable citizen for formal systems is recognized as a creative and independent element. They use a variety of methods to subdue them. The official education system of the Islamic Republic of Iran also tries to educate its desirable citizen by compiling the documents Basic Education Transformation Document and 20Year Vision Document. This article, while identifying the foundations of citizenship preparation and the characteristics of a desirable citizen, seeks to highlight the clear position of the formal education system in Iran through these documents on citizenstudent education. Methodologically, this paper is an analytical documentary type in which the content of the documents was analyzed by content analysis method and the samples were selected by theoretical sampling in a compression method. In the findings section, the results of the analysis of the documents show that both documents consider the attainment of divine closure the ultimate goal of education. The extracted categories of religious citizenship in the religious (belief, religious) and cognitive (value, moral, scientific, and cultural) categories both illustrate this type. But in exploring the social citizenship category (social benefit, social political participation, distinct social rolemaking, and social development origin), they suggest a different path to the goal. on these results, the document sees the transformation of achieving the ideals of a desirable citizen in prioritizing individual, while the perspective document while taking into account differences creates the starting point for citizenship education, Develops appropriate structures and places people in these institutions to formal patterns learning of the ruling system.
